I remember a lot of places on the net discussing how DA ORKZ are nigh-immune to nurgle's corruption because Gork and Mork beat up Papa Nurgle one time.
How true is this in the canon? Is it official from games workshop, or was it just fanfiction?
I heard there are khorne or slaanesh orkz out there, but the amount of khorne/slaanesh orkz is so few, that there are supposely more undiscovered uncorrupt geneseeds than chaos corrupted orkz.

Fanfic.
There are several stories in codex fluff of orks being diseased or affected by biological weapons.
They are very resistant / resilient though.
Nurglorks exist canonically, but haven't been mentioned for a few years

nurgle orks are (fluffwise) in the newest CSM book, IIRC typhus made them bloated and used them as bombs

While Gork and Mork have beat up Nurgle, Orks aren't largely immune like a Tyranid tendril fleet scale incursion of bugs or Necrons.

Is it canon that gork and mork beat up Nurgle though?

It's in the older books but nothing has retconned it.
As 40k's canon is "everything and nothing is canon" then yes it's legit.
And I like it that way, nothing makes me smile more than Chaos being made to look like a fool. And I say this as the owner of several chaos armies.

Alright, I did some research. "'ere we go" is from games workshop.
Thus, its canon.

I didn't even know it was cannon that Gork and Mork actually existed, they never seem to run around with the other gods.
Does anyone remember what book this is referenced from?

That is official GW artwork so there you go: "Nurks"
Orks used to be a fair bit more widespread - hanging out with the chaos gods, tromping around the galaxy side by side with humie rogue traders etc...

Of course they're canon, every Ork in the galaxy believes that they not only exist but that any one of them is stronger than all the other warp gods combined. Given the power of Ork belief, they are real and could squash Nurgle, Khorne, Tzeentch, Slaanesh, Malice, Isha, Khaine, Cegorach, and the Emperor between their biceps. .

Actually not the Emprah, because orkz actually do respect the emprah as a god.
Thats why they're called xeno, not heretics.

Yes, the Emperor is included.
From the RT era Ork books:
ORKS AND THE IMPERIAL CULT
The Orks have heard of the Emperor of Humanity. They know that Humans worship him as a deity and have seen his shrines and icons on many worlds. Orks regard the Emperor as the war god of the Humans. The Emperor is something which they can easily understand since their own gods are war gods. They see the Emperor as the controlling power of vast armies, great fleets and awesome military technology. The fact that his servants are all weedy 'oomans does not alter the impression made on the Orks of the Emperor as a powerful war god.
The Emperor is even sometimes considered of almost equal status to their own gods, because the Orks, being a warrior society, respect and admire tough opponents. Orks raid and rampage throughout the Imperium, but the Emperor is still there. For thousands of years he has commanded the loyalty of his followers and sent them into battle against the Orks.
There are even some Ork legends in which the Emperor appears as a titanic caricature of Human kind, to challenge the Ork gods to battle. For most Orks, the Emperor is envisaged as a vague, remote and ancient power who motivates his long-suffering followers to take on irrational and pointless tasks which make no sense to the Orkish mind. Like his Human servants, the Emperor appears doomed to do everything the hard way or the wrong way from the Ork point of view. The stress and despair which the poor Humans seem to bring down upon themselves is yet another cause of wonder to the Orks. Not surprisingly the Orks use the word 'ooman (Human) as a byword for things that are silly, pointless or impractical, and will often crack jokes about the Humans and the Emperor.
The Emperor is seen as the war god of that weak race known as humans that strangely seems to survive despite everything the Orks do.
The Ork gods are described in Codex Titanicus as canonically the strongest gods in the warp, stronger than the Emperor and the Chaos gods. They are a reflection of the Ork race which is as a race, virtually immortal even though individuals are not. However like the Orks themselves, the Ork gods spend most of their time fighting themselves or amusing themselves with simple pleasures rather than trying to dominate and conquer everyone else. Though the Orks fight, they are not on any organized attempt to conquer the galaxy, and their gods are equally not on any quest to conquer the warp or destroy the other gods. When they do stir themselves for a Waagh, other races and warp powers need to beware, until the Waagh inevitably fractures, is defeated, or loses momentum and the Ork gods go back to bashing each other leaving the other gods to go about their business again.
The few Orks that fall into worship of other powers, such as the Nurgle Orks in the above picture (from the Witchhunters Codex), or the old Stormboyz of Khorne, are such a rarity that they are effectively nonexistent compared to the huge populations of Orks that are utterly unswervingly loyal to Gork and Mork.

Once upon a time (2ed or earlier), there were Chaos Orks, like there are currently Chaos humans.
I dont remember if there were rules for them, or they were only mentioned..

Basically, Stormboyz started out as a unit dedicated to Khorne. Nurglorks are a thing too, I think that artwork is from the old Witchhunters codex and the new CSM codex has Zombified Orks filled with nurglings.
