Hi everyone.

I'm working on Tau allies for my Necrons, and I've been going with a kind of Tomb King / Mantic Veer-Myn theme. I have a crisis commander made from a Veermyn terminator guy, some kroot which are Veer-myn infantry with modified deathmark guns, and then right now my center piece unit is a counts as Riptide made from a Warsphinx.

I'd like to add a Broadside team to the army, and I intend to use Ushabti for them. They should be pretty similar in height with the new broadsides so I think this will work out pretty well. The one thing I'm unsure of currently is what to use for the weapons. I want to do missile spam, but Necrons really dont use missile launchers so I'm looking for ideas as to what could be good replacements.

The Ushtabi are pretty big compared to the rest of the Necron army, right? Maybe rig up some shoulder mounted one -tube launcher, Predator stype.

While Necrons don't seem to generally use missiles; they have at least one vehicle that uses bombs. To make the body of the shoulder-mounted tube, I'd go with a hex tube if possible or a square tube if not, and just inside the tube bury a right-fitting, octagonal faceted bead. Maybe cut some vents in the tip of the tube, similar to the vents on the sides of Destroyer bodies.

Perhaps cut an hexagonal pen tube to the right shape and cut the vents with a dremel tool cutoff wheel.
