Ugh. Blue Table painting seemed to be on the rocks a bit earlier with the failed "turbo army" kickstarter / cash grab... maybe they just couldn't swing this?

I am one of the artists at BTP. I will talk with the higher ups to see if we have more information coming. Though at this point I have no idea as to why Epoch Studioz is being unresponsive to customers. Epoch has not been at the studio for some time now as well. If you dealt with Epoch directly, hopefully communication is restored. If you dealt with BTP, please call us at 1.801.372.8545

BTP was "planning" to be a customer of Epoch Studioz. Epoch would sell his products to BTP in bulk, so BTP could sell them on the web site. At this point Epoch has not shown up at the studio to sell us his products. Epoch and BTP are independent of each other. BTP has no other connection to Epoch than as a customer.
Hopefully Epoch Studioz gets back on track. Wish I had more info for you guys, but thats the best I got.

No. The unfulfilled orders are through Epochs own website. BTP was never able to put the product up on its web store.

I ran into this thread after I made an order from him and sent him an email. He replied to me today saying the orders would still be filled and he just wasn't taking any more orders until his new workshop was situated.

Just incase that isn't the truth perhaps people should look into going through some kind of formal process with their bank or paypal or whoever.
If he's legit that won't be a problem.

I also received an email.... He wrote me that will take a look to the order and ship this week :S.. otherwise refund the money sep 1st...
Anyways I started a escalation process with PayPal just in case...
