Hi Guys,
I was thinking about making my space marine bases and units surrounded by dead Dark Eldar.
So have you heard of any of chapters or know of any that particularly hate the Dark Eldar?
THANKS FOR ANY FEEDBACK! :]

Salamanders had plenty of problems with Dark Eldar. They even have a different name for them, Dusk Wraiths I think, because of how their people always suffered and feared them even before the Emperor found Nocturne.
Iron Snakes also seems a good candidate:
The actions they have fought in the Reef Stars are numerous, as the whole area appears to be under constant threat by Dark Eldar raiding parties. As a result, the Iron Snakes have amassed considerable experience fighting these particular xenos, whom they (and the people of the Reef Stars) also refer to as the primuls.[Needs Citation]

Salamanders is a great choice, their homeworld was (is?) heavily raided by Dark Eldar.

Hum, that's much harder. In the previous codex I think they sent a diplomatic party to meet Dark Eldar. You can guess how that went. But in the new codex they are much more badass and their naïvety was kept to a minimum, declaring Orks and Tyranids lost causes for the Greater Good.

They didn't completely declare orks as a lost cause.
They still ally with them if there reasonings or condition are dire or the orks offer a reasonable enough agreement.
Thus why they are ALLIES OF CONVENIENCE.

I just searched around. It was even better than that. From a post in the warseer forums:
The Tau were fighting tyranids and losing when Urien showed up. His force of wracks and grotesques then began tearin the nids up. The Tau were wary of how super spikey evil looking these guys were but they did help them so they opened up communications. Urien requested 7 ethereals and 777 fire warriors to join him on a cultural exchange. They refused to give him ethereals but got volunteers.
Later, as they're fighting more tyranids. They're waiting for reinforcements from their Sept world but it won't be in time. Urien shows up again, 'cept now some of his grotesques are a familiar shade of blue. Again the tyranids are beaten back, now Urien asks for 77 Ethereals and 7,777 Tau. The tau are suspicious now and refuse, and Urien leaves as the Sept World reinforcements arrive.
When the Tau head back home, they find the entire population has vanished.
I can just hear the TROLOLOLOL song behind every Dark Eldar move.
And CloudRider, never use the Allies Matrix as an argument for anything that thing has way too many crazy alliances like that one

No offense taken mate, I also didn't imply you sounded like one or anything like that. Just explaining how horrible the Ally Matrix is concerning Fluff. You do whatever you want, they are your minis and army. I have seen some awesome Ork converted to Tau style as well.

The White Scars hate Dark Eldar - their primarch was last seen disappearing into a webway portal in pursuit of DE raiders.

Surprised it took this long to bring this up. Jaghatai Khan disappeared chasing some DE and I'm sure the WS hate them for it!

I'd stick w/ the Salamanders.
According to the Heresy books, they pretty much raided Vulkan's homeworld until he beat the crap out of them and drove them back.

I've always loved the White Scars background - 6th edition simply gave me an excuse to finally start playing them
