They're modified halo action figures (with green stuff, plasticard, brass rods etc). Their bases are made from plasticard.

What is the sniper rifle made of? plasticard, gs, and brass rod?

It looks really lacking in the detail section, but that's a personal nitpick everything else on these looks awesome

@affdrate- I don't remember exactly, but I'm pretty sure it was a combination of plasticard, rods and green stuff.
