Subject: 25 pts pKreoss list. Where to go from here for 35 pts?

So I am up to the 25 pts mark finally with the right models and stuff almost painted (have to finish one more model), so I was wondering what would be good to get up to 35 pts. I already have pSeverious just to change it up from time to time, but I want build up to a 50 pts list around Kreoss first. This is my list so far:
pKreoss +5 Warjack points
Kreoss Battlegroup
Repenter 4 pts
Revenger 6 pts
Crusader 6 pts
Units
Temple flameguard Max with UA 8 pts
Choir of Menoth min 2 pts
Solos
Vassal of Menoth 2 pts
Paladin of the Order of the Wall 2 pts
A couple of ideas of things to get is the Vanquisher as a must so I can switch it up and then that leaves me with 8 pts if I switch out one of the 6 pts jacks. The couple things that have a great interest to me is possibly the Exemplar Errants with a possibility of getting their UA as well, or getting another Paladin and get Dartan Vilmon for objective games, which would leave me with 3 pts if I do that. I am not sure yet, tell me what you guys think!

maybe some exemplar errants, I found their shooting to be really useful, they have good armour and blessed crossbows,
and you can get 10 of them with UA for 10 points or min with UA for 7 points

I think that may be best. With a min with UA and switching out the Revenger with the Vanquisher that would leave me with 1 pts. Most likely would use that on Wracks.

With the one point either wracks or a vassal mechanic would work, make sure to keep the Repenter, I love that little guy.

I wanted to keep both the Repenter and Crusader. Mostly because they are really good for their cheap points and are really focus efficient, and can be devastating for such two low cost Warjacks!
Although Wracks would give me more focus, the Vassal Mechanik might help keep them alive functioning for a while.

Wracks before Mechaniks, always Well, in my humble opinion anyways
If you're going to get the heavy kit, don't forget to magnatize it, and your Crusader. About the stage where you are, I started to go for a Templar/Vanquisher combo that worked quite well for me for a while. pKreoss will love a Reckoner eventually, of course, but don't break the bank to do it.
Errants to make it up to 35 isn't a bad idea, though I never like the idea of min errants, they kind of like the numbers (and they always need their U/A). So I would suggest either finding the points for a max unit, or just bypassing them for the moment. With the TFG, you don't exactly need another large unit just yet, so while Errants are pretty cool, you could try a unit of Daughters of the Flame.
pKreoss +5
Vanquisher 8
Templar 8
Repenter 4
TFG + UA 8
Daughters of the Flame 5
Choir 2
Vassal 2
2pt solo
Wracks 1
Alternatively, if you do like the Errants, you could try:
pKreoss +5
Vanquisher 8
Templar 8
Repenter
TFG 6
Errants (max) + UA 10
Choir 2
Vassal 2

Would Knights Exemplar also be as good as they are the same points? Also I want to keep the Crusader for now since it can do a lot for a 6 pts Heavy, but the Templar looks like a good choice as well. With the other Free two points if I do that I can try the Allegiant of the Order of the fist, another vassal or two Vassal Mechaniks after I get the Wrack. Not sure yet though. Still planning to get the Templar in the future, just not right now.

Still planning to get the Templar in the future, just not right now. They'd work, though they fit very different rolls. Daughters go better with pKreoss in my opinion, as their high DEF along with Defenders ward makes them extremely annoying for opponents, and their high speed means they can get into the enemy army turn 2, jam them up, then transfer DW onto your TFG as your daughters charge in to remove support. They also do very well on feat turn - two attacks that will auto-hit knocked down models, and always cause at least one damage against living models means they can auto-kill two infantry, and their speed and acrobatics make it very easy to get them to the right targets. The advanced deploy also makes depolyment a little less compacted. Knights Exemplar work well as a second line unit, as they have pretty poor defensive stats (even with the ARM bonus as they die) and are pretty slow (SPD5, no reach). Get them into a heavy target though, and they will rip into it very effectively, especially if a few of them are dead. Hell, with three left they each hit as hard as a paladin, POW14 weaponsmaster is awesomesauce. They can certainly work with pKreoss, especially if you're having trouble cracking jacks/beasts, but they don't have any great synergies with him beyond auto-hitting on feat turn. If you're looking for another two points, the Allegiant is pretty good - a lot of people knock him, but he's cool in my book. There's also Rhupert Carvolo, the mercenary piper, who can help buff your infantry (tough and fearless, or +1 Def and terror, or pathfinder, all very useful). I wouldn't recommend two Mechaniks, one is enough to plug 1pt holes (for when you already have and need Wracks in the list) and if you have two points to spare get a 2pt solo, or sometimes you can even drop the Wracks for a 3pt solo.

Alright, I might have to give them a try. I can say that I can do that for the Knights Exemplar as well as an argument, but not going to be as much as an annoyance as Daughters of the Flame with Defenders Ward. Rhupert Carvolo seems like a much better choice for a two point solo at the moment I think, since that could help with the survivability of the Temple Flameguard.

Yeah, Rhupert is pretty sweet, just keep him well back - he only has to be within 8" of a single model of the unit for his abilities to work, so keep him safe. Also, the Dirge of Mists on Daughters puts them up to DEF16 (18 with Defenders Ward) AND they cause terror. You can very nicely "terror bomb" a few units if your opponent has some non-fearless ones. Just be careful of things which don't need to roll to hit (electrical arcs, bile thralls and the like).

Oh god, that would be scary to kind of top off the fact that Daughters already can be hard to hit as is. I think I might do that, and yes I have to keep that in mind, since Daughters are not all that durable to a stray AOE blast. Still might switch out them and the Knights Exemplar every now and that once I get them to change it up.

I'd say changing things up occasionally is a very good idea - my suggestions are certainly not cannon, and finding out what works for you in your Meta is part of the fun of the game
