Didn’t they release a new codex since the start of this blog? I’m not that familiar with the army on parade thing (no local GW) but do you need to build to a certain point limit?

The new kits do look like a lot of fun, and the morkanought would be a good canvas to showcase the colors of your cause.

Pretty much the only requirement for armies on parade are 1 HQ and 2 units (of any type) on a 2x2 board. Fully painted and bases, both models and battle board

I saw the new models on the site, I will have to see if anything inspires me

Mate I love this idea. and I never met anyone who suffers from autisme. Me and my friends enjoy every moment of it. (I got autisme myself so its a play on words). And the cool bit is I use models to help other autistic childeren. Keep up the good work mate

Got to thinking that I believe that once this project is over, after the stores armies on parade, that I will give the painted Orks away to some lucky kid who is new to the hobby.

What do you all think?

Hmm.. I should have not glued the arms after I painted body. I made it harder for myself to paint them

That could be cool. It might also end up in a bin in a few weeks if you don't pick a kid with an attention span that meets the mark. I'd say find a wargamer dad with a kid that is interested, but then the models might end up as his.

Agreed, maybe a Waggghh contest lol could be fun

You could always auction or raffel it off, donate the profits. You don't have the captive audience, but the charity army at Adepticon raises a ton of money.

I say go for the charity auction/raffle angle!

Donate the proceeds to Autism Awareness or something similar?

I've got an autistic daughter, so anything that helps the cause is something I can get behind!

Charity auction bud all the way. I am sure we can get Dakka to go large on this.

Just to let you guys know. I will be going back and forth with this project and another. I will be painting some Warriors of Chaos models between painting the Orks to that I don't burn myself out in one army. All Ork painter know what I'm talking about.. Seeing to much green
