So i was looking though the newest imperial Armor and noticed that a command squad can take both a Master of the Fleet and a long Range Ground Scanner it states while it is in long range sweep mode your opponent suffers -1 to their reserve Rolls , The Master of the Fleet Also does this , as these are two different pieces of wargear do these Effects Stack ? i havn't seen an FAQ or anything for it please help

They would both stack, so -2. A bit like getting the Warlord trait that gives -1 to reserve rolls

Where in IA 12 are you seeing the scanner bring part of the squad? Also, is it for Codex IG? Or just the Death Korps? I can't find it anywhere, and I would love to use my scanner model like this.

It's IA3 Second ed, Elysian Company.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Don't even bother with the OotF. Just buy 3 scanners, it all stacks and gives a -3 to reserves.
