Longtime Dakkanaut

I'm thinking of expanding my Marine army again after I finish my Eldar projects, but I'm wondering what I should look towards getting.
I have:
Captain, Librarian, Pedro (all power armour)
10 Strenguard
6 Tactical Terminators (1 assault cannon)
1 Dread (Multimelta and Power Fist, the Back Reach one)
1 drop pod, 2 rhinos (1 has the Razorback parts too)
~30 Tacticals (some random heavy weapons, flamers and meltaguns)
Missile Devastators
Land Raider Crusader
Vindicator
Storm Turkey (raven)
10 Assault Marines
2 Attack Bikes (multimelta)
1 Land Speeder (multimelta, got the model with limited parts and only had a multimelta unfortunately)
Aegis line (not army specific, but they're likely to use it)
What is 'missing' and would look good with the army?

Consider another landspeeder, it comes with spare weapons so you can probably add another gun to your existing one at the same time.

Assuming I go double Multimelta on my current one, what is a good load out for the second?

If you have the fast attack slots for it, try a double heavy flame land speederr. It needs a little bit of converting but it very easy to do. For an idea of its effectiveness try some of my battle reports - this is the most consistently useful unit in my army!
Alternatively a Typhoon / HB would also work for longer ranged fire - this helps your speeder's survival by staying out of range of most enemy small arms. This also has the advantage of not using the under-slung weapon, so you can easily add the second multi-melta to your existing model (I'm assuming that you're already got the gunner's weapon).

Some different HQs could work.
A TDA librarian to hang out with the tac terminators
A jump chaplain to lead the assault marines
Assault terminators. I'm not a big fan of putting shooty ones in boxes, and you have the LRC.
5 man sniper scout box. They camp the home objective/man the quad while the rest of your army goes out.
A pred, or actual dread kit. I think you might enjoy some stronger long range fire. Your list is very close up.

That is TDA Librarian? Terminator Armour?
That is the only way of getting him a 2+/invulnerable.
I actually have some unbuilt scouts already, but they don't have sniper rifles.
Does the normal Dread kit come with 2x Autocannon, or is TL-Las/Missile better to use?

For looking good, you might get some normal bikes to go with your attack bikes. Those always look good.
You might consider more armor, too. Preds look slick, and pair well with Vindicators.

More drop pods. 1 tends to not be too helpful. (in my experience)
Maybe a Thunderfire cannon or two? Or some Predators?

TDA= Tactical Dreadnought Armor, the formal name of terminator armor. One of the problems with librarians is they are a little squishy. The 2+/5++ helps with that. Add a storm shield if you want him to be tougher. It's useful to have him in the good armor if you run him as your warlord, so not to hand out the VP as easily.
Non-sniper scouts have their use, but are not as good as the snipers. They can be fun to toss into a list though.
IIRC the normal dread kit comes with an assault cannon, and TLLC for one arm, and a DCCW and ML for the other. If you want a 2xTLAC dread, you are going to need to find the guns elsewhere. I enjoy a AsC/ DCCW( SB) and the TLLC/ ML dreads myself. There is more to life then spamming S7 attacks.

Tough Tyrant Guard

I'd say another landspeeder or two, or a pair of stormtalons. My buddy uses them and they are amazing at what they do. BS5/pinning vs ground targets, and enough assault cannon/skyhammer shots to reliably down any other flier in the game. Sure, they're "squishy" for a flier, but aside from the stormraven and the heldrake, most current fliers are super squishy.

I'd probably pick up another Vindicator, an assault Terminator squad (for the LRC), fill out the rest of the speeders.
If you're going to use Pedro as your HQ (which I have done), I recommend building more Sternguard w/ either all combi-weapons w/ DP's, or kitting them out w/ some heavy weapons.
You won't need to buy the box for Stern's, can usually just add a lot of purity seals and other goodies on normal TA marines for looks.
Dreads, from what I've experienced, are a hit or miss unit, depending on what you plan on doing. Ironclad's are great w/ DP's, but having them try and lumber across the battleground is just asking for them to be destroyed.
Also, get some Plasma's for the tactical's. They work very well in all situations.
Stormtalon's if you're going to field the Raven...looks wise that'd be a sweet flight formation.
If you're going shooty, get some TFC's...awesome weapons that can shoot through cover and have an effective, especially behind the ADL.

I'd say do nothing. New codex in October. I'd wait to see what the next great/new thing in that dex.
If you can't wait, more Sternguard and TFG. Can't do wrong with flyers (unless you have a Tau heavy meta).

Hmmm I'm a fan of scout snipers for their low cost and what they bring in a cheap unit that can do some damage and assist other elements, camp objectives and wound high toughness/characters.

They only reliably put on wounds with a full 10 man squad, and frequently kill really tough stuff and look cool doing it.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. TH/SS Terminators seem good, though I may need to fill in my long range AT with perhaps a predator or shooty dread first.
Is the offhand Missile Launcher twin-linked or single shot?

The dread ML is single shot, unfortunately. Looks cool, has some use, could be better.
I still field it from time to time.
