There doesn't appear to be a Hinterland Miniatures thread in the news section, so I hope it's okay to start one. Hinterland produces alternate/weird colonial/WW1 figures, focused on females. They are 28mm figures, and are small compared to GW and the like, in case anyone was wondering about size comparisons.
Hinterland just released a vehicle crew and an automaton sculpted by Paul Hicks, which might be useful in games like 'Empire of the Dead', 'GASLIGHT', and 'In Her Majesty's Name'.

I have some Hinterland stuff, and I have to say I really like them. They're quite imaginative and well sculpted. Word of warning though - they are quite small, very, very true 28mm. Doesn't bother me, but be warned. The prices are great and the shipping is reasonable and timely.
