Took some more pictures, these are a bit more akin to my LCBR pix, more of a tabletop perspective.

Those Ogryn are kind a scary with their white soulless eyes!

Love the new pictures, looking forward to doing this style when I finally get a board and models done at the same time

Good stuff!

This army does indeed look awesome, I love the lighter green edge highlighting and such, very well done! bravo!

"You are like a son and together we have all but conquered the galaxy. Now the time has come for me to retire to Terra. My work as a soldier is done and now passes to you for I have great tasks to perform in my earthly sanctum. I name you Warmaster and from this day forth all of my armies and generals shall take orders from you as if the words came from mine own mouth. But words of caution I have for you for your brother Primarchs are strong of will, of thought and of action.

Love it! Nice stuff. You've really given these guys a tough, rough n tumble feel. These guys look like they can fight!

It's a kitbash, the arms and head are from the catachan command squad box and the body is a space marine scout.

I dunno if I could part with something that has that much effort. But, material possessions being what they are, I could understand someone else doing so.

It seems pretty moderately priced too! It's a large pill to swallow on the BIN, but I (roughly) added up the cost of the kits at current GW prices and I think you're selling it less than the cost of materials. Should make a spendy fellow quite a nice guard army

Heh, I guess that's the positive side of the price increases, a lot of the models/units were purchased back in the day but going by todays prices have like gone up by a third or in some cases almost doubled. I'm not too worried about what I get for it, I just really want it to go to a good home.

I can understand. I've got a bunch of 3rd ed stuff I'm not sure I'm ever going to get to, so its just taking up space. I don't wanna toss it, and it won't sell for much. Maybe if I start gaming in a store in the future some kid will get 'lucky'. Not nearly as cool as having it fully painted and making back its cost like your boys

I think I've seen this army before, didn't you have a proxy titan (some transformer type of model? (actually I am sure I saw this army before with that model in it.)

Wow its a really nice neat looking army, I mean weathering and battle damage is cool and all but its refreshing to something a bit different.

Thank you for the video! Awesome narrative game. I really enjoy the outlining on the shoulder pads for the guard. Helps them pop,

My only criticism would be to drill the barrels. Beyond that, you have a VERY cohesive army painted quite well. I'd be glad to play against it any day.

What a fantastic display of Imperial Guard!

As a guard player myself, I was particularly impressed with the use of the Space Marine Scout Armour counting as Carapace Armour... I was considering that approach also, but have seen other builds that made the subjects look disproportionately bulky. Your build definitely screams Elite Guardsman rather than Mini-Marine and for that sir, I salute you.

Thanks guy, I think the most important part is to ensure the head is guard based, all the marine scout heads look like stan from american dad.
