Subject: How to deal with camo(level 2 and 3)

I just had two games against two armies that heavily used camo models.
I lost both games due to being still relatively new to the game.
I was wondering what are some good tactics to use against them.
Also here is my list:
Panoceania | 8 models

What armies did you play against? Looking at your list, you have two guys with MSVs, so I would think camo would not be a big problem for you. Use the bots to burn away camo and the two guys with visors to shoot them.

The armies I played against was panoceania with swiss guard and hexas. The army was nomads, cannot remember the models.
Even before I could burn them, they would just get out of camo and shoot before me.
Also do small teardrops go through terrain.

Your list already has everything in it that you would want to deal with camo markers. You've got two visors on units with good long range weapons, two cheap units with heavy flamers and another AD troop with a light flame thrower.
Against the Pan O list both of those TO camo units have to start in their own deployment zone and the swiss guard is pretty slow at 4 - 2. If you are getting shot up in your opponents active turn make sure your Nisse is safely out of sight so that it's not an immediate target. Make your opponent have to burn orders to get to the units that are the biggest threat to its TO models. If there are no obvious targets it may also make your opponent move his TO models in his active turn revealing them and removing the element of surprise. Once his TO units are revealed you have various options of either using the Nisse to discover/ shoot them with no -6 modifier or sending in the Auxilia/ Crusader to burn off their TO camo. If you do burn their TO camo it also makes the Bagh Mari a useful option as it is able to ignore mimetism with its visor.
If you are getting shot up in your opponenets reactive turn then he has just revealed a TO camo unit against a list with a Nisse sniper in it which isn't a smart move.
Nomads are slightly trickier as they have more acces to camo and TO camo infiltrators so its more difficult to hang back and pick those guys off. You also don't really have any options with mines that could help to slow down infiltrators. Without knowing what units were being used its difficult to comment more.

Camo markers are essentially really good on the active turn but lose a lot of their potential in the reactive. So you want to hunt them in your own active turn as a priority. MSV models and direct templates are best for this, as you obviously know already.
The best defense AGAINST camo in your reactive turn is to prevent him getting at you. As with most defense in infinity, you are not going to be able to win decisively except in certain circumstances (Sixth sense level 2 models in bulk or using suppressive fire, eg a link team of 4+ models) because your opponent controls the engagement during his active turn. So position your models where he will have to spend most or all of his orders trying to position his camo for the attack. That way he will run out of steam even if he does kill one of your models. Mines are great for closing off his movement options to facilitate this. Acontecimento regulars, the sniper bagh-mari, order spec sergeants and one of the panO remotes can all get mines. Suppressive fire can similarly make your opponent think twice about movement and slow down his attacking plans.
