I've dediced to switch over to purely vallejo becuase It's a lot cheaper that GW paints and the color range is bigger. Sadly I've run into a - I live in otley and I don't any places where I can buy vallejo.

Do any of you know of Vallejo-stocking stores around leeds? Stores in the 10mile area around Otley would be nice.

In my area there is a place called Hobby Lobby that carries them. I don't know if you have one or not though.

What's your area?

Take a look at the flag next to his name or his location listed under his avatar. It will tell you that he's nowhere near you at all.

Sheffield & Nottingham have 'Wargames Emporium' which stock them, also in Sheffield 'The Outpost' stocks them.

Ey oop lad. I too live in Leeds , the nearestto us that I've managed to find Vallejo is Halifax models. Less than £4 on a train from't station and a really nice model shop ta boot.

Oh and travel prices don't matter to me, I have a pass to give me Free bus fares.

I was just about to suggest seeing if there was a Modelzone in your area as they sell Vallejo paints but I just looked at the website and it appears they have gone into administration.

I looked for a Modelzone in leeds yesterday but it seems to have disapered. seems you're right about the administration .

I wish that the artstores in my town sold vallejo, all they have is flatwork paint and that Humbrol crap.

They are based in Leeds and i know they do deliveries to some of the local clubs here. I think if you message them they can also arrange for you to collect them to save on postage (they're based in Morley).

They had a stand of paint there when I went in for some Imperial Guardsmen a week or two ago (They're rather cheaper than the GW nearby, though their selection is a little lacking) but I can't really remember what sort it was.

On an unrelated note: Are there any stores in leeds/trainride distance from leeds that run WH40k games that arent GW?

No, they sell P3. I bought a pot from them last month.

There not leeds based, but try creative models on line, full range and quick delivery

The Boyes store in Ilkley has them in (or did last time I was there). They also have some GW stuff and various historical figs.
