Quick question-should I have 4 units of 15 slugga boys, 2 units of 30 slugga boys or 6 units of 10 slugga boys in trukks? This will probably be against space marines. Thanks!

1. Go to FLGS on a 40K game night.
2. Announce to no one in particular "I have over 10,000 points of Space Marines".
3. Sit back and watch as some 30-ish Neckbeard who still lives with his parents not only disputes your claim, but goes on to describe his 30,000 points of Blood Angels and how he has been playing since Rogue Trader days... And yet you will have never seen him either play 40K or that army.
4. From here, you have several options. Continue the conversation, or just end it. Either way, I guarantee you will waste 1+ hour of your life talking to this guy. Have fun!

It all depends on the theme of the army you want, but i tend to go with 3-4 groups of 30 shoota boyz,
Else groups of 12(inc nob) in trukks  and when first going trukks you want your whole army to be speedy aswell^^

I don't tend to run a speed freek list so I will probably be with the footsloggin list instead (just so I don't have to buy lots of trukks, moneys tight lately)

Definitely not e first one. If you have the money I'd go for the boys in trukks, it's a lot more fun. I do 20 boys in battle wagons, and that's a lot of fun too.

Stoopid numbers of boyz in 30 man squads looks awesome on the battlefield, but your back will hate you when moving them all.
I usually run 12's in trukks, but then i also like to be in the enemy's grilled cheese on turn 2 if possible

simply move the first six inches.. or include the run movement in the same phase if your opoment allows it
Then move the rest after  i love running 120 boyz in 1850 games.

I do, but you still have to bend over the table for an extended period as you move them all...
Doesn't help i'm getting old, and did way too much damage to myself from when i was young and dumb... (now i'm old and dumb  )

Ya fill up the trukks, You want all 12 boys in there for when they explode. More orks left after the explosion the better
On foot, I'll run them in mobs of 20 so they're easier to maneuver around the table, but others will advise 30 or nothing. so find a number between 20-30 that works for you.
20 or less take a boss pole, over 20 you'll probably not need it.

4x30 model units of shoota boys will give even the most hardcore tourney list problems. Add one or two more units for even more spam!
be sure to add in the KFF big mech and lots of lootas and artillery to shoot over their heads

Usually i have 20man squads (3-4, depending on points) footslogging it. Then again, theyre not suppose to be the main threat, theyre suppose to be a distraction that if left alone can be a problem. Question is, which would you rather deal with....the big blob of boyz or the 7man bikernob and warboss group sneaking up the flank?
My boyz usually are unscathed. One group dies just because not everything is able to shoot at the bikes, but the other 2-3 get to the assault fine and wreck face and steal points.

That's actually a misplay by your opponent though. The correct thing to do would be blasting your boyz of the table and keeping your deathstar busy by feeding it units until you lose the game. You should only point guns at a deathstar which have a high chance of causing casualties - in case of biker nobz this would only include weapons which are at least on par with multi-lasers or assault cannons.

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.
Orks can be corrupted by chaos, but few of them have any interest in what chaos offers.

Unless youre ignoring cover, i still get a 4+ and fnp. High strength just means it'll wound, nothing else unless its doing both pen and ignore cover but then im a 5++/FNP with multi wounds meh so what. S10 shots are rare, and rarely ignore cover except in a Tau's army or with the proper psyker spell. Weight of fire is how you deal with them, i would love it if only the big shots were being fired at them they dont die any faster unless its S10 or i have been Enfeebled somehow. I lose bikerz more to the infantry flowing a tidal wave of shots into them more than i do to lascannons or autocannons or whatever else you can think of with range/high strength.

I generally run 20-30 including a nob unless im in a BW (20) or in a trukk (12). Always take your nob with pk/bp
