I think there should be a slot in the elites section of the IG codex to represent Catachan Devils, or some other special force native to another IG regiment

125pts for a squad of 9 Devils and a Catachan Devil Sargent with the same profile, but two attacks

Wargear:
Shotgun, Poisoned (5+) Close Combat Weapon

They have Infiltrate, Stealth, and Move Through Cover

Another special rule is, if you take Harker with the unit, he only costs 35pts, but his "Catachan Devils" rule is gone

They may purchase up to four Meltaguns (10pts), Plasma Guns (15pts), Snipers (7pts), Flamers (5pts), or Grenade Launchers (5pts)

Up to two of them could be given a demo charge for 20pts each.

Each unequipped Devil could exchange his shotgun for a laspistol and poisoned (5+) close combat weapon

I am open to criticism and adjustments.

As it is, right now they're a bit over costed if anything. Infiltrate is nice but right now you're paying 13 points for a t3 5+ save model. Yes 4 plasma guns is nice but I could basically get 2 units of SCORING veterans with 3x plasma each for about 30 pts more

How about instead of lasguns they have shotguns like in DOW II? It refocuses them to short range combat as they're going to want to be in rapid fire distance anyway.

A pistol could be an optional upgrade as Catachans are quite a bit better at handling assault than anyone else in the guard short of ogryns.

I have adjusted them a bit. They now come standard with shotguns. Thanks for the advice. I want to use these guys soon

Interesting idea, I will, however direct your attention to penal legionnaires. statistically similar as what you posted, and really the only difference is the lack of special weapons.
