Many Elvish IC questions. Numbered and color coded for distinction.
1. RB p. 39
Set up - A Spiritseer has cast Embolden on himself and the unit he's attached to, some DAs, let's say. He then Moves and joins a Pinned/GonetoGround unit, some rangers.
Q1 - do the rangers unPin?
Q1.1 - When he leaves the first unit, the DAs, they both remain Fearless, right?
Neither the CF Tac Sd Hernanez nor the Farseer Mehiledrin examples on RB page 39 help me much with Q1, but I'm 95% sure I'm right on Q2. I would like confirmation here, instead of during a tourney where time is far more precious and not nearly as abundant.
(and yeah, I generally play perceived grey areas to my least advantage)
2. page ?
Set up - Battle Focus with eldar ICs and non BF allied units.
Q2 - Can the eldar model with BF *use* it, staying in coherency, with a non-BF unit, like WraithG or even allies to which it is joined?
3. ?
Set up - this is an old situation, but I thought I'd get clarification anyway as it's an IC elvish fun thread. Baron Sathonyx is attached to a Beast Master crew (as he often is). Let's say *he* has to go through D-terrain to assault an enemy unit.
Q3 - Does the Charge Range roll now have to roll the 3 dice (Remove the Highest) because he isn't a beastie? If not that, how? - - I know that with his PGL, they'll all benefit from the 'nades on Initiative.
4.The Relic p. 131
Set up -
M - A jetbike moves up to the Relic in the Movement Phase
S - doesn't move, i.e. Run, as per Relic restrictions
A - uses its jetbike move in the Assault phase (no more than 6")
Q4 - Is that last part, the whole thing, legit?
Q4.1 Is there further movement shenanigan that is legit? - one wouldn't think so, with a really clear "No more than 6" per phase" ....
Thanks!

Q1.1 since the power affects both the caster and his unit, they both benefit even if the caster leaves. 2. page ? Set up - Battle Focus with eldar ICs and non BF allied units. Q2 - Can the eldar model with BF *use* it, staying in coherency, with a non-BF unit, like WraithG or even allies to which it is joined? Page 25 of the Eldar codex, very first rule sentence under Battle Focus. 3. ? Set up - this is an old situation, but I thought I'd get clarification anyway as it's an IC elvish fun thread. Yes, you roll as normal for charging through difficult terrain. 4.The Relic p. 131 Set up - M - A jetbike moves up to the Relic in the Movement Phase S - doesn't move, i.e. Run, as per Relic restrictions A - uses its jetbike move in the Assault phase (no more than 6") Q4 - Is that last part, the whole thing, legit? However, I believe that the rules do not cover Turbo-boosting (only Running which Bikes cannot do (so theoretically you could Turbo-boost 6").

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Thanks, HJ, you rock. I just realized my version of the RB FAQ is old and missing stuff.

You can either turbo boost or assault move not both, turbo boost would be better as you will move 6 inches and get a better jink save, but the assault move is a good option if you want to shoot with the bikes.

But that potential 2+ cover save is so juicy! (granted conceal)
