I have an all assault army (30 sang guard includes dante and 4 priests in that ttl of 30 models). I have enough points left to get (1) option in poll. I want an all flying theme. Should I get.... (see poll).

Without seeing the rest of your list, I went with the talons. But so much depends on what else you have, and shoring up weaknesses elsewhere...

Unless you have solid AA elsewhere, take a raven, and run it as a gunboat.

Holy assault batman! Just remember you're going to have issues against flyers, possibly against vehicles, and definitely against AP2.

What kind of Landspeeders? Cyclones or multimeltas and heavy flamers?

Understood, but I have the craziest criteria when I make an army.

Will it fit in my backpack (I ride a motorcycle)?
Will it make for a fast game (under 1 hour)? I have only W, TH, F afternoons to game...
Will it be cost effective (cheap $)?
Is it an army I like & fluffy?
Is it a rarely seen army (force organization)?

This fit the bill.

This is my #1 as well. I take the subway after work to my local GW and everything must fit in my case (the size of a large messenger bag) - otherwise I can't be bothered.

A Flying box [raven] will get you flyer defence the rest of the army lacks. I'd suggest that.
