So, I'm making an Inquisitor style outfit for a party, and figured the Inquisitorial symbol on a chain or something similar would be great for it. Problem is, I can't find any outlets for anything past a T shirt. So, any suggestions on where to look, or perhaps an alternative to trying to find an outlet?

That's actually a hard one, the problem being GW cramping down on all the third party stuff like that unfortunately.
Have you perhaps considered buying just a chain and getting some high density foam or similar and making your own? Because I'd be really interested in a shop selling that sort of stuff.

GW don't really make much readily available merchandise, therefore you won't find much (legal) merch anywhere.

There used to be an official line of pins, buckles and keychains with 40k imagery on it. I myself have an aquilla pin and a bunch of other stuff. It was made by a company called Bulldog, I think. Here's an example. Bit pricey though.
