This is my take on a Librarian, converted from the new Master of Relics model. Hand holding the sword is an altered grenade-holding Marine hand, sword is from High Elf Archers, collar/"hood" is from a wizard. Then it was a matter of adding plenty of purity seals and parchments to hide the parts where cables led to nowhere, etc. the back view looks a bit rough but I assure you the paint job looks better in real life. That's the problem with this camera, it mercilessly exposes every flaw:

Driven away from WH40K by rules bloat and the expense of keeping up, now interested in smaller model count games and anything with nifty mechanics.

I gotta say I LOVE this mini, but I'm not sure that collar does enough to distinguish him as a Librarian. He looks like a Devastator Captain to me.

Great looking model though regardless and excellent paint job.

First of all, thank you. Second, the hood is something to think about. I tried to do the classic psychic hood conversion where you cut up a shoulder guard, but it was too thick to fit on this model. So it's something I'm thinking about. I might try to add some cabling round his head or something like that.
