Im just wondering if any one has seen or heard any thing concrete not just rumors. I was thinking this would be a fast way to get caught up quickly.

not yet. Concrete evidence would incolve an actual GW announcement.

Rumors from Faete are about it. That said, reliably, it sounds like there's nothing. A bunch of us are waiting as impatiently as I assume you are. They're my legion of choice, and having not gotten any games of 6th in, I've stopped working on them, especially since a new codex will probably come along before I start playing again. Them returning will probably get me back into the game.

Damn well worth a try I just asked the retailer here and they didn't have any news either. I just bought a bunch of new units and started imperial guard to support my army. I hope that will help...... yea well see.

Oh, retailers know nothing. They know as soon as we know. They're kept in the dark just as much as the warham-buying populace.

It is a rather sad thing to hear. It throws off my chi and disrupts the balance of the universe its even hitting star trek too it caused a time travel event to occur. So I hear.

If you don't want rumours, then you will have to wait for the Official Announcement from GW. Otherwise what ever you here is rumours sadly.

GW said that ALL armies would get an updated codex i.e. everyone is getting a sixth edition even if they don't have a 5th edition..like our poor outdated, forced to spend points on an Emporer's Champion that is killed with almost no effort, and doesn't have Space Marine equipment, and has stupid expensive units(points wise) Black Templar brethren.

That's not entirely true.

All armies could mean all armies they feel like producing. If ALL armies are getting a codex than I look forward to the Traitor guard, Genestealer Cults and Squats. Heck maybe the Slaan and Zoats will get some love.

At the most I see each major faction (All marine flavors being a single faction) getting a new codex. The Blood Angels and Space Wolves will probably get their own 'dex.

More than likely we'll see more of the overpriced supplemental books for armies like Templars, Kroot, ect.

But since they claimed that each "army" will gat a book in 6th they may save many possible supplemental books for 7th. Making 7th the age of supplements.

That is a very good point, but I feel like they may lose people if they don't come out with dex's for these poor guys that are still playing with a 10+ year old codex. But they did release that, can't remember where i found it, but your right, they probably meant every Species is getting a new codex.
