The Primarchs are part of a series called "Horus Heresy Character Series" and are available from Forge World here; http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/The_Horus_Heresy/HORUS_HERESY_CHARACTER_SERIES

Primarchs will be a permanent part of the HH model Series. Next up is Ferrus Manus who will include an interlocking base to fit with Fulgrim. According to an FAQ by Alan from FW @ The Horus Heresy Weekender, Next up after Ferrus will be Horus.

This Fulgrim looks great, I am currently working on my own! I have to say he looks a bit heavily weathered for Fulgrim, he wasn't in that fight for very long and would have definitely made sure his armor was pristine before going planet side.

"You are like a son and together we have all but conquered the galaxy. Now the time has come for me to retire to Terra. My work as a soldier is done and now passes to you for I have great tasks to perform in my earthly sanctum. I name you Warmaster and from this day forth all of my armies and generals shall take orders from you as if the words came from mine own mouth. But words of caution I have for you for your brother Primarchs are strong of will, of thought and of action.

How hard is the Fulgrim model to build. I've seen the parts list and there appear to be quite a few tiny bits.

I just finished assembling mine, and what a PITA.... the tiny little "flying claw" bits on the end of his tassles are all separate and have to be trimmed out of a sprue, there are also some very fiddly bits of his tassles that are mounted in other positions that made me want to tear my hair out at certain points (good thing I shave my head). The other thing I found is that if you actually want to use the model on the table top, it is going to require magnetising on his base, one piece fits to the other around the 40mm base that he stands on and you cannot remove the 40mm base without moving that piece to the side, luckily mine is for display only so that was not something I had to worry about.
