Not sure if you mean the individual squad configurations. Those were posted by Ninja Division on the comments section of the kickstarter: I posted the links for them all on the first posting. Hope that helps.

I haven't seen an answer yet to the "booster sled issue" (they were listed as available as a solo upgrade to cards that didn't have an Officer Pod in them already, the 'new' force organization charts don't list them solo at all; oversight? Balance change? Who knows. vOv ).
There's also been a heads up on the VEF/1D 'issue'; apparently the pack will contain 2 figures that can be built as any combination of VEF-1's and 1D's, as well as bits (possibly pewter or resin) and other figure parts to make 2 Super 1D's.
Yes, it has been confirmed that as it currently stands, one $35 add on will make 4 full Valkyries. They've also said that they're not sure this 4 pack will be available at retail (might just be split into two different packs).
Weird? A little, given how long this has been up in the air. 4 Valkyries (12 figures) for $35 is pretty damned good, even if I'm not sure how much I'd actually use Super 1D's, I do like the idea of being able to build a pair of VEF's, and more Supers of any kind are just icing on the cake.

@Forar:Glad to hear that was clarified because I was playing catchup in the kickstarter comments and did not see anything solid for many days. It does seem clear that in the end you will have 4 veritechs in the kit = 12 models.

Considering that I've got 6 Supers coming to me as it is, this would potentially put me up to 8, and a pair of VEFs (I'm more interested in the ECM variant than a two seater that gets a second shot) for $30. I was pretty set on my personal add ons, but this might vacuum another bit of cash out of me before this comes to an end.
And here I was the one preaching restraint and responsibility. Oh well, one less thing to snag at retail. At that point I'll just be missing the "experimental battloids" from the RDF, and infantry/Eldare from the Zentraedi (whom I'm not as interested in playing as anyway).

@Forar: Ah well, the $30 deal is just one more kickstarter perk.
I too will be spending more.
Things I am doing now:
I have some qty 30, 1' square hard board that I am thinking of gluing the cityscape tiles on.
Yes, some of the flexibility will be used up choosing only one side but will just choose carefully.
Will glue and then clear coat the graphic side.
I figure I will copy some of the roads to run down the middle of the tiles and get some rolling hills made out of foam on the outskirts of town.
I think I may use those flat 40k dreadnaught sized disks for making small parks that can be plunked down (make a few ruined versions)
The woodland scenics my local shop has tiny trees and they are perfect looking at around 3/4" but at about $1.20 a tree so I may have to figure out how to make these without looking strange.
http://woodlandscenics.woodlandscenics.com/show/Item/RMRT-MG/page/1
Was looking at the rare earth magnet discussion for the heads: I would agree that the heads will be tiny, I am sure I can apply the magnets but losing heads may be a possibility.
Probably as I think you mentioned, only a couple key units like the Super Veritech.
Anyway, off to the manager, I do not plan going back to make changes this weekend even after their generous extension to Tuesday.

I'm so used to the thick cardstock of Terraclips that it hadn't occurred to me that the DZC cards might need a little attention to sit right. I had an idea in the comments though; what about using thin plexiglass or other reasonably firm plastic and gluing the cards to that? It'd keep them straight, and you could still see both sides in case you wanted to flip them over (apparently they're double sided)?
I'm planning on getting a DZC cityscape pack myself, and if the tiles do prove a bit unwieldy/temperamental, this might be a cost effective middle ground solution. Just have to check some office shops/home depot/craft supply stores/etc.
Losing heads could indeed be a problem, though if one were to put a rare earth magnet in there (if a 1mm x 2mm would fit, as those are the smallest I have so far), finding them with a piece of metal might not be terrible. But I do think you're right, and for now figure I'll just build my squads, and maybe magnetize a few of the more limited units (a couple Armoured, a couple Super). Or just accept that not everything will be WYSIWYG and have to deal with a more restrictive setup should I end up at the occasional tournament. Yeah, that's getting a bit ahead of ourselves, but I'd rather plan that sort of thing out in advance than have to spend potentially hundreds of dollars and countless hours buying, building, priming and painting more units because I need a few extra 1R's and another Super pack.
Hrm, I wonder if Zentraedi would prove to be the more popular option for tournaments for that reason alone; no need to have untold head customization done, assuming that was a requirement. Heavy Artillery seem like they shouldn't be a huge problem (I hope), but I suppose it could come up a bit if the MPA/FPA (shoulder cannons) experimental units became popular.

The base tiles are just that tiny bit thin, I can see where some have commented they may shift during use.
Very thin plexiglass would work nice as long as it is not too thick and would look strange.
The trick will be getting a ton of nice square cuts and attaching in a way that will not mar the surface graphics.
I think for future expansion the hardboard is the way to go and nothing would move and an artist clear coat spray should protect them well enough.
Less talk, more do, will investigate the coming days, I have the cityscape pack and just need to put some buildings together and try a tile or two.
Turns out my work on making X-wing felt space combat mat and some asteroids made of lava rock (BBQ) will work for space battles as well for this game, I love it when separate systems merge in scale.

The tiles do shift around a bit and I've got a few ideas (all untested as of yet). I'm thinking about using a plastic sheet (like the one I used for my X-wing Tantive custom base) and just placing it on top of the tiles to keep them in place. The sheet I got was only a few dollars ($2-3) but I'd have to see what sizes they have on the upper size. The other more time intensive option is to use painters tape (that removes easily without leaving glue or hopefully damaging the surface) on the edges to keep it in place.

A single transparent layer gently placed over the board once it has been set up seems like it'd have some potential as well. Good idea there.
Hell, I think my crew has some plexiglass they use to keep Monsterpocalypse maps pressed down and protected that'd work well for at least part of a table. Probably wouldn't go full city for most tables anyway, as I'm hoping to eventually put some forest and cavernous terrain to use as well.

Thanks to Mike1975 for the initial tip...
Dollar Tree stores in the US have apparently added a small Christmas village area to their offerings which includes some trees, roads, and lakes. They have a nice double packs of trees on sale for $1 that look to be the right size for adult trees in 12-15mm scale. Each pack of pines has a smaller tree about 50mm tall and a larger 70mm one (from eyeballing it so I'll have to report back with more exact measurements if needed). They're mostly pines (both snowy and normal) but they have a pack of deciduous trees as well. I was looking for a cheap way to add a few trees to my Dropzone Commander cityscape set for the central park area and these definitely fit the bill. They also have 15 inch long cobblestone road ribbons and small 4" ice rinks/lakes.

O.O
I hadn't even noticed!
Good tip on the affordable terrain enhancements. I've heard some people say good things about winter dioramas (with some editing) available at Sears and Walmart and whatnot. If you go looking in late December/early January, you can sometimes even find them on clearance discount for a pittance.
Personally I continue to hope against hope that the magnetized terrain kickstarter I backed in January finally delivers before we get our boxes in (tentative delivery was supposed to be February. Obviously there have been... delays), but the more options we have to make decent tables, the better.
There's a couple of dollar stores in the area, might have to go perusing them for odds and ends as the seasons shift. Also still need to pick up some LED tea lights for explosion markers. Thinking it'd be fun to use one to mark where the last figure falls when a card is finally destroyed, or where key shots/battles take place.

Awesome, I did not see the roads. I will have to make another trip on the way home today. There were also a few things at Michael's like a bag full of trees for $20 but many of the trees were way too big. I'll have to swing by Dollar Tree on the way home and take another look.

The roads are ok if you're doing a rustic type setting (like a christmas village) but they're a bit wierd for a scifi setting... They're basically red brick cobblestone road ribbons. The frozen lake is definitely the least impressive but I'm glad I was able to help you out in return.

So for those who have seen my game I have a few ideas/suggestions. First buy a couple bags of glass colored beads. Right now they are on sale for $1 each at Michael's. I have 3 colors, 2 bags of each. You can use one color for UEDF Command Points, in my case, blue, and another for the Zentraedi, in my case green. This helps if the kids bounce around the table so that things do not get mixed up. Another use is for marking what is shooting who. So I use red for missiles, blue for primary weapons from one unit type and green from the other. This way I know exactly what firepower is going to hit what target and it serves as a visual marker so that their is not changing later on and saying something was going to hit a different target.
The other item I purchased at Hobby Lobby today are colored popsicle sticks. I plan on using these to elevate fighters by using a full stick and for guardian mode I will use a half stick. The colors help differentiate squadrons. I will glue them between the sheet of paper I'm using as my stand-in for the minis.
The awesome thing is that I have workable and enjoyable rules to play with right now, the figures, even if they are printed ones, to play, and a finished table to play on.
Just a few suggestions.
I plan on doing at least 8 more turns this weekend and even may get to the point where one side will have to turn in the towel.

I have thought of that day. If it happens I just hope that Ninja and Palladium will let me keep my version out there for free download. I've played a lot of different games and have written my own rules for a couple so once I can get an idea of where someone is headed I can usually get close. I'm trying to stay as close to what I expect the actual rules to look like as possible though.

@warboss : found the village you are talking about: http://deals.dollartree.com/catalog/alt_image_popup.jsp?entityId=314078&entityType=product&isAlt=true&index=5
Updated the 6mm thread. I was planning on mounting parks on large disks and place them as needed. I may use small "H" beam plastic and cut one of the ends to make an "h" shape for park benches. Progressive rings of tubing can make a fountain.
Mike1975: I think Forar meant to say we are half expecting to see the rules and say "WHAT IS THIS BULLGAK?" and we all use your rules.
It is nice to have an alternative rule set... just in case.
Good pointers for the marking, I should add a category for game aids.
In most complicated battles I have seen cut pipe cleaner used but it would not survive small children...
I REALLY like the idea of those cheap tea lights for things burning.
For mounting posts I keep thinking of using screw posts: https://www.probinding.com/SuppliesMixed.aspx?SubCategoryID=50
OR magnetic "sticks and balls"

Really had not much to cover in the last while.
Please explain to me how Palladium says they are getting close and things were going out for manufacture and suddenly they decide the release will now be in February 2014?
I had predicted it will be an Easter gift to myself, I think Palladium is running true to their old release timing: usually a full third of a year past expected. I really hate it when I am right, this is looking very familiar.
I hope many are not too disappointed, I just wish they would report their true progress with actual pictures than the 3D graphics models and publish a timetable with dependencies so we can see the real reasons for delay so we can be more "understanding" than be handed wishful thinking.

Am I crazy? I could swear I recall some kind of quote from Ninja Division that they expected to be manufacturing within some set period of days, maybe 45 days, after the campaign concluded. I saw someone else mention it in the other thread, but the couple of times I've gone googling, searching here (I could also swear I quoted it personally at some point) and checked their comment history, it doesn't show up.
Edit: and as I have lamented elsewhere, I find it a bit frustrating that Palladium noted how Ninja Division was supposed to be doing most of the heavy lifting on this one, and yet week after week we hear more about delays for rules and final approval for sculpts and whatnot. Apparently the only heavy lifting ND has done (if the Palladium updates are to be believed, and I'll admit I need a massive dose of sodium with those) was on the KS campaign and giving Kevin the early release estimate.
If I'm not crazy and those numbers were right, then it may well have been possible (in theory) to hit a 2013 release, but if they've lost their manufacturing slot(s) and are waiting for another to open up, possibly after Chinese New Year, yeah, we may be waiting quite a while yet.
And while December was always the original release date, they should've stuck at that. If I'm to assume I've paid professionals to work professionally, then part of that should be realistic assessments of what can be done, what is feasible, not what they think I want to hear to build hype and do their marketing for them.

AH HA! FOUND IT! Why should you care? The Robotech® RPG Tactics™ Kickstarter helps Palladium to fund the launch of a compelling and expanding game line designed specifically for Robotech® fans and gamers. Six months of product development has produced nearly two dozen gorgeous sculptures (with more to come), a mountain of artwork, and game rules that have been play-tested by more than 100 Robotech fans and gamers to ensure we make Robotech® RPG Tactics™ everything you could want. Once the Kickstarter reaches our funding goal, we have a host of fantastic upgrades, additional game pieces and new unit add-ons to unlock! Every Destroid. More Zentraedi mecha. More fun! And because so much is DONE, this project should go into manufacturing within 45 days after the Kickstarter! That’s fast. Their April release announcement

So we are 9 months after funding was achieved.
Now I know why I guessed it would be in April: so they could say it was out under a year...
I really wonder what they were proceeding with despite what the kickstarter outcome was.
I know I would have used that down time to get the critical stuff done.
Anyway, no sour grapes, I knew what I was getting into and will only get upset when it gets past April.
Looks like the terrain thread has more time to get things together.
Reminds me, CityScape has the ruined city pack as well, need to add that.
