Since the wording on Zaal's spell "Last Stand" states "Target friendly model / unit," can it target only one model in a unit if I want it to?

You only ever target a single model, but if that model is part of a unit, then the whole unit is affected by the spell.

Note, Last Stand ONLY kills units models that attack

Models that attack.

No, that means that it can either target a single model or a unit. If you target a unit you target the whole thing, you can't pick a single member.

It allows you to cast it on Solos and Warbeasts if you so desire.


And yeah, it only effects models that make attacks. CMA can be your friend here. Send a bunch of Last Stand'ed guys in, do a massive CMA, and only remove one guy.
