Why a bike and not a wolf.

your short anything to deal with Flyers aside from spaming snap shots. (deamon flying circus helldrakes)

if i kill your 20 Grey hunters i can play the objective game easily

against Deamon you should be ok with there lack of tanks. against CSM if they field Chaos Preds, vens, or LRs. you will struggle. as well as cult spam

My feeling is the list is not optimal, but quite constrained by what models you have?

At 1250 the build I'd go for is single Rune Priest with Divination, 2 Packs of LF's (4 ML, 1 LAS), an Aegis, the dreadnought you've got, and then pack out the rest with grey hunters to taste, preferably with some wolf guard. You get loads of dakka, and a solid super-pack for the mid-field.
