Hey, obviously we all know all characters are balanced for gaming. So what would they be like balanced gamesake wise. I think we should say that imperial guard is accurate, and base all profiles from them. So what do you think guys? Make a fluff based space marine profile compared to a guardsmen, or go as wild as to do a primarch in actual fluff power. Here is my home grown Empy fluff.

But for a balanced emperor.... I will try and then justify:
WS 9 (not 10, he may be a great warrior but he is never quoted as THE best)
BS 6 (whats the need for 8 when he is never shown using a gun...)
S 7 (again strong, but not able to arm wrestle a bio titan)
T 7 (again tough, but unarmoured a lascanon is still going to scratch him)
W 8 (bit afraid to go for a 9 or 10 wound model when he is still technically just a man)
I 6 (again, he is a man, not a quicksilver eldar
A 6 (didnt hear about him destroying whole squads of guys in a single swipe so this is stable)
LD 10 (he is the leader of the galaxy so should have highest it can get)
SV 2+/3++

Special Rules:
It Will Not Die, Fearless, Feel No Pain 4+, Adamantine Will, Eternal Warrior, Fleet, Terror, Very Bulky

Greatest psyker of Mankind:
The Emperor is described as the most powerful psyker of mankind. He has a psychic mastery level of 6 and can choose two psychic powers for each discipline in the rulebook. He can cast any power as many times as he wants each turn, providing he has enough psychic charge. He can re-roll perils of the warp, but if the re roll is another perils of the warp he automatically suffers d3 wounds to represent the sheer amount of psychic power he is wielding going out of control. He also has deny the witch on 3+

I shall not fall:
The emperor uses raw psychic might to defend himself when his armour fails him. Against weapons that inflict remove from play, they instead automatically inflict d3 wounds only. The emperor also passes all It will not Die rolls on a 4+.

Ruler of Mankind:
The Emperor can never truly die on the battlefield, his fate is entwined with humanity. Whilst he is alive, any unit that can draw line of site to him is fearless. If the Emperor ever falls the best result the player can ever get is a draw. When he is defeated place a counter where he died. If a friendly model is not within 3" of the token at the end of the game he automatically loses.

God of mankind:
The emperor must choose one of the following stances at the beggining of each turn, the following bonuses apply until the start of the players next turn:
Combat Stance-The emperors gains +1 WS, S and A
Psychic Stance- The emperor gains psychic mastery level 10
Commander Stance- All friendly units with at least one model within 6" gain +1 attack

Psychic Lance:
This special psychic power can be used once per game. It replaces the emperors psychic powers phase and he cannot use deny the witch this turn. Remove one model in base contact with the emperor from play. Then The Emperors profile drops to 5 on all statistics apart from W and LD for one turn.

Wargear:

The Emperors Sword:
S- As User AP-2 Special Rules- Decapitate (as per HH betrayal), 2-handed

The Emperors Armour:
2+ Armour save and 3++ Invun that cannot be damaged or removed by special abilities such as the vindicares shield breaker.

Emperors Halo:
In night fighting, you never roll to see the emperor, he is lit up like a lighthouse. This also applies for friendly models trying to draw line of sight to him to gain fearless.

I think this is a fair interpretation of the old empy. He can psychic himself up to toughness 10 and such, and some raw power abilities. He can easily wipe out whole units each turn with psychic powers. Not only that but he can't physically be killed, just defeated as it should be. So how do we think and what else can we do for other people? I am interested in perhaps someone doing Tigarius, Mephiston and an army general variant of Dante

Most epic win: Clanrat slaves killed high elf prince on griffon in one turn.
Most epic fail: Vermin lord only killed 8 warriors of chaos with irresistible dreaded thirteenth and was subsequently sucked into the warp via mishap.

With Iron Arm and Warp Speed he'd be terror incarnate.

Shame about D weapons though.

His offensive abilities with normal BRB powers would be absolute gak.
He needs the FNP gone, 1 less wound, & the ability to replicate the Transcendent C'tan powers every turn. The most common ones are the 6D6 S:8 AP:3 shots, and the S: D AP:1 Hellstorm template.
1250 and perfect for Apoc games.

Finally found my quote from a gym buddy born and raised in South Korea:
"It is the soldier, not the reporter who has given us the freedom of the press.
"It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us the freedom of speech.
"It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who gives us the freedom to demonstrate.
"It is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag, who allows the protester to burn the flag."

I feel heavily insulted.

We have join dates 4 years apart, he's in a different country and has more patience than I do.
I also finalized my rules in Rabid's Another Emperor thread. He reposted this bout a week after I was satisfied.
Hopefully that's enough.
There's no way to prove we're not the same guy like some Killer 7 gak.
