Nurgle Predator Driver with an Infestation

Hi there considering buying a baneblade for my chaos army what else would anybody recommend getting to convert it other than green stuff? Nurgle is what I am leaning towards!

When apocalypse first came out there was a Nurgle Baneblade conversion don't know if its in the new book but the had vats on the back that were full with some sort of diseased liquid. You could use the zombie kit to have dead bits lying all over it, you could also add Nurglings running around on the hull plying with body parts.

There were rules in the original Apocalypse book but as it isn't a production model, I guess they axed it in the new version.
As I recall the modeller wrapped the gun in tape before coating it with putty and embedding the guitar wires in it; the pus tanks were aerosol lids or something with plasticard stuck to them and a bit of water effects over the disc inside with bodyparts etc. stuck to it.
Personally I find Milliput easier to work with than Greenstuff, as it's softer when first mixed, and it's certainly cheaper. Don't know if it's sold in the US though, as it's made in Wales.
You could just coat areas in sand and paint it as heavily corroded metal, with the odd drip of varnish tinted with ink to look like some nasty oozing body fluid. It shouldn't be too hard to make a few maggoty shapes to stick in crevices.

The Nurgle one is called a Plaguereaper. I do not know if there are 6th edition rules for it in the new Apocalypse or IA Apocalypse book or not yet, but there are 5th edition rules for it in the previous Apocalypse book.

I would also recommend using the extra chaos vehicle bits from the other chaos vehicles. Spike banners, skull chains, etc.
Also, if you can put in a forge world order, the following etched brass would look ace.

Utilizing Careful Highlighting

You could just get that new Lord of Battle model and lop off the giant robot torso. It would make a pretty kickin' rad baneblade with the right turrets and gubbins.

we have miliput in the United States.
for my 2c, I would say that you should be careful with miliput vs. greenstuff because greenstuff can be more difficult to work with, but can also give a smoother finish, whereas miliput can sometimes look grainy no matter how much you sand it down and smooth it out.

I don't think there any rules in the current book but if you can get rules for the it you can just convert the structure points to hull point.
