Karandras should be with a bigger squad. I do believe you his infiltrate confers to the whole squad, so a 10 man wraithguard with Karandras would be scary. Your squads are low in numbers giving away kill points rather easily and as eldar are toughness 3 with meh armour saves, that would be bad. I'd combine the Avengers into a big 10 man squad and give them a serpent. The jetbikes I assume are staying in reserve for a late game objective grab? A Guardian Squad would be nice to capture objectives in a serpent, and rangers in back would also be nice.

Only have the 2 Wave serpents and only 5 WG (for now). I could drop the WG, and then spread the points for more bodies in other squads, combo the 2 avenger squads to 1 and give them the WS. Yes the JBs in both lists are going to be in reserve.

I believe combining the DA squads would be a good idea and buffing up troops would also be good. About dropping the WG, id playtest

Executing Exarch
|
Ill parrot a lot of what Feasible said.
Karandras is a murderous thug capable of stomping the face of just about any enemy in a challenge. That said, you still want exarch with a claw in the squad to handle the big nasties Karandras can't take, and having an exarch means you send him in to do the dirty work while Karandras murders the squad. If the combat is still going on, and the squad is wiped then have Big K intervene(anything but a six and he takes over) and use his re rolls to stomp. You can also do this in alternative order to have K in the challenge while the exarch helps wipe the squad.
Your 3 scoring units are a major concern, as they are about as durable as cake frosting. 10 man DA is doable on foot, but the lack of scoring still hurts.
Fragons are not what they used to be, and for the price of the fast shot pike exarch you could buy more dragons....either way, they are not as required as they were in editions past.
Consider giving holo fields to each serpent, and a shuircannon on bottom. The fields are more important, but I run both and really like the configuration.
If your going to bother with reapers consider more. The exarch either needs swag or to be dropped. For fast shot, you want starshot missiles or an EML, Night vision is a steal and helps reapers do what they do best early game, and possibly late game if they live. Its so cheap you can afford to take it.
The WL with a shuricannon and SL is not bad, but probably not optimal. WL's can be used much more agressively than before, so the Shuricannon is more likely to get in range and with the boost to both guns its not bad. However, dual scatters is more dakka, and starcannon/scatter is reliable AP2 and range, both for a few chips more. But if the Shuri/Scatter works for you, keep it.

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.

Take the Fire Dragons out for some more Troops. Namely, Guardians in a WS, or more jetbikes, or another 10 man DA squad. When DAs are not in WSs I love putting shimmershield and power maul on them.

I must say that the original list could look exceptionally pretty

Needs more scoring units. I would ditch the Farseer as all units are BS4 and some twin-linked. I would get a Spiritseer and switch those Dragons into Wraithguard. Ta dar, problem solved with lack of troops.
If are you taking Wraithlords then they should come in pairs for saturation and redundancy purposes.
