On the other hand we would never know what happened. One day Dakka Dakka would just not be there. All that would remain is broken links on other websits who kept their heads down and colored in the lines.

Not only is it a great way to have GW knocking on the door for copyright infringement, it's just downright annoying. If you have a question about something you saw in a game, that's fine, not all of us own every codex and rulebook and sometimes new rules are confusing. But asking detailed questions in order to sidestep purchasing a book you need is obnoxious.
