After looking at the kaptin a bit more i realised he didn't really stand out as a freebooter...

So I gave him a pirate hat and a parrot squig

Thats a nice kaptin,,the squiq is a rather nice touch.

Rather like the killa kan aswell,,,is the entire force going to have a pirate feel?/theme?

Thankyou It adds to the 'feel' of the kaptin a bit more

Quite possibly, I've been toying with the idea of turning a battle wagon into a pirate ship, complete with sails and gretchin crew... But I think I need to add a bit more to my bits box before I take on a big project like that haha.

As for the rest of the army, i'll just add a skull and crossbones here and a pirate hat there for the time being.

Just finished off some gretchin and touched up the others. Hows my painting? What would you guys say needs more work? The only thing i dont do is highlights (i personally dont like them), but im open to everyones criticism

Sort of ironic that you call your Freebootaz the Rustee Boyz, and want to build Boris... somebody ( ) wrote a story about Boris getting destroyed by some Freebootaz known as the Rust Boyz
