Damn, is that Maliffaux mini exclusive to this promotion, or will it be available elsewhere? First one I've seen that is both appealing to me and might actually be useful on the tabletop, it would be utterly typical if it's super-limited.

I think they tend to become available on black friday again, but they're pretty limited, and it seems like Wyrd has more demand than they did previously (sold out of first shipment of books already - selling for a second, and nearly sold out of their arsenal packs of new model cards). If you don't want to spend $100 + shipping, just buy it on ebay. Although it's a more significant model than the older misses, it's a model that people can only use one of so it shouldn't be too expensive.
If there's $100 of malifaux models/books you want, it's a nice thing to get on top of everything else.

Pretty much, PP was out by like noon on Thursday.
We ran out of the prerelease Endless: Fantasy Tactics rulebooks by 11am Friday.

I believe that malifaux's stuff is always availalbe on their website during the con. Very cool of the company to do that.
Note: i am not sure if it applies to Mis'Step or not, but i know the early release / released at con stuff is always available on their website during gencon.

Which, since that model is the only Malifaux model I actually want, isn't as great a deal as it would first appear.
Guess I'll just have to hope someone ebays it for a reasonable amount of money.

You know, I'd actually probably make an order if they'd made a limited edition of the 2e rulebook.
Mainly because I absolutely hate the artwork for the Desperate Mercenary.
Also the reason why I own the leatherette special edition of Deadlands:Hell on Earth
