A buddy of mine picked me up a pack of Convergence Attunement Servitors at Gencon and made me wonder something.

If all 3 Servitors were able to hit the same target, would it knock down its defense by 6? Combine that with my 2 Cipher heavy vectors, I could knock a targets defense down by 10!

The same named effect cannot stack with another application, unless explicitly exempted.

The effect in question is Flare. As it is named and doesn't have an exemption it will not stack with itself.

An exception being Khador Greylords' "Ice Cage" ability, which specifically allows you to stack.
