As i mentioned in the other post i've started warhammer in the last few days so im not an expert and probably this list is not good. But is the one i had most success with(i played only agaisnt tyranids). I post this so you can give me advices and also to ask some noob question.
Aniway the strategy of the list irevolves around lockin key targets in combat with x2 striker squads while i try to take an upperhand with the rest of the army.
(will try to translate the best as i can) the list is inside the spoiler
(I know that there are competitve lists like draigo + pal spam or purifires spam, but i prefer to build my own strategies and discuss my mistakes in troops picks or equip etc...)
for now i've not interest in taking characters(like draigo) im still playn for fun but im tryn to understand the basics for a solid strategy, so:
Grand master vs librarian. In the few games i preferre the librarian over the gm thx to his support a and offensive skills that makes him a bit more flexible. So wich one is the best?
razorback vs landrider: alot of people told that landrider is better cause its more tough to take down, but in this forum i read that kill veichels is easier in 6th ed. I love cc so... how can i get my units there without veichles or should i leave the cc strategy?
the main value and uses of purgation squads and interceptor squads?
And thats it, thx for the future feedback.

Overall your list is pretty good, plenty of decent units, just gotta overhaul the toys.
GM vs libby is all about what you want to do. A GM is primarily used to exploit grand stragety by making scoring dreadknights, elites, interceptors etc. If the mission is kill points or a low objective game then you have some use of the other powers. A GM is also a fairly good beatstick and some moderate boost. They are also decently tough so they don't give slay the warlord at the drop of a hat.
A libby is a buff squad machine, while having some neat offensive psychic tricks. Most of the GK powers are insane, and you should load your libby with em. Sanctuary and shrouding both as they cast on your opponents turn. Quicksilver for I10 negating the need for halbreds in your pally squad. Might of titan for S6 swords and S10 hammers. Warp rift to kill stuff. Neither choice is wrong, they are just different. I would say a libby works better to buff your pallys, but at the same time you have 10 scoring models so you need grand stragety...
Land raiders and razorbacks do totally different things. One is a very shooty transport for assault units that is tough. The other is a cheap gun tank to carry infantary or just be a cheap gun. Take accordingly. Remember, GK are mid ranged shooty primary with good assault as a secondary strategy.
Purgatation squads are pretty meh, decent for psycannons and not much else, interceptors are used to shunt early/late game and disrupt.
As far as your list. The GK is OK with a hammer, but the stock sword offers more defense and strikes faster. Combine with hammerhand and activate your S5 force weapon! All for cheaper. Psychotroke grenades are good, consider rad and blind grenades too. Also an incinerator is a bargain weapon for the GM.
Pallys love psycannons, but don't need MC weapons. Make sure you have a good mix of halbreds, swords and hammers. Consider psybolt ammo(good upgrade, but only ever take on a full squad)
Incinerator is usually subpar to a psycannon, but is by no means bad. If your looking for close range infantary roasting then good choice. Since you have only played against nids you have probably seen excellent results.
GK has good razorbacks because of psybolt ammo, giving you S7 assault cannons or S6 heavy bolters. Very good. I would avoid the lascannon, as your list does not really need em.
TL las dreads are ok, but again with psybolt ammo you can take TL autocannons and have an awesome dread.
DK is loaded out great. Swords are not required if you need to cut points(but they are awesome).

Agree with a lot of what Dr. Serling has to say.
GM vs Lib is a good question, but in your army, you really need grand strategy to up your scoring numbers. So, even though Coteaz is arguably the best in slot, the GM is close on his heals and what you need.
I'd drop the hammer and pick up rad grenades (maybe some servo skulls too depending on what you want to do/meta)
At 1850, I'd be looking to get a full SS of 10 with psybolt ammo and 2 psycannons to midfield, so a bare bones Rhino is the transport that you're looking for. It gets you there, then provides some cover while it lives. If you get out once you're at midfield, then its target priority goes down and may last a while.
Paladins are great, but have lost a lot with the release of 6th. I still want them to be great so I'm always trying to work them into a list, but they are not anywhere near as competitive as they were in 5th (Draigowing is pretty much dead nowadays). Anyways, it's still going to take a lot to dislodge them. But agree that they don't need MC weapons. At 10 strong, they do NEED psybolt ammo. It's too good of an upgrade to leave behind with a full unit!
TL autocannons with psybolt ammo on the dreads should make you even happier with the unit.
The DK is perfect as set up. Some may say to drop the sword, but being able to reroll everything is just awesome (and they look great too!).

Well, there are better builds out there like Draigo and Paladins and possibly Purifier spam. You're light on troops and if you replace the GM with a Libby you just have two small scoring units.

thx all for the tips i will put them at good use!
Maybe im doin this wrong but i dont play the scenario immediatly; first i try to weaken as much as possible the enemy army and after secure points. :(
Aniway i forgot to ask other questions :
I really like karamazov model, hes good or meh?
I read that coatez has lists build around him but never saw one. Can you tell me one? :3
Also i never faced heavy shoot army and i dont really know how to handle them, i fear that i will be wiped out be4 i'lll get to the point i could do any sort of dmg. Any suggestions?

Hammerhand is all you need that to get S10 hammers, as HH has the explicit exception to the normal order of Multiple Modifiers (MDASS!) Now, you do mention S6 swords, which obviously means stacking with HH...but you don't need to stack with MoT to get to Str10 hammers, you only need Hammerhand...so I'm confused why you would mention hammers at all in a discussion of MoT.....
MoT alone will get you S9 hammers; HH alone gets S10 hammers; HH+ MoT gets S10 hammers, thus wasting a WC.

Here is a sample Coteaz army. I don't normally play 1850 and I usually take IG as allies so the list isn't optimized but it will give you a good feeling for a Coteaz list.
Coteaz
2x 10 GKSS 1 hammer, 2 psycannons, and psyammo
2x Stormraven gunships c/w multimeltas and hurricane bolters
2x dreadnoughts c/w 2 TL autocannons and psybolt ammo
Henchmen
2 crusaders with power axes and 4 Assassins with mauls and axes (to go in first raven)
3 Acolytes with Melta Guns power armour and 2 with storm bolters and power armour ( in 2nd raven)
3 acolytes with plasma guns and 2 with Boltguns and a chimera.
8 Psykers and 1 acolyte in a Rhino.
This gives you a good mix of things. The 1 raven to launch an assault with (remember it is an assault vehicle). The other drops off a vehicle or MC killing Squad that can claim back field objectives. Decent AA and range with the Dreads and the Ravens. the Psyker squad is good anti infantry str 10 AP1 36" large blast. and the other 3 squads are good for claiming objectives. Don't forget to use the GKSS warp quake against deapstrikers.
This list has 6 troop choices for claiming objectives and has an answer for each of the basic threats you will face in the game. This list gets a lot better with IG allies.

Don't really need to build around Coteaz in order to take him. He's flat out awesome all by himself. For a mere 100 points he's a certified steal of a bargain!
Here's another sample list that I posted recently to consider. It's been pretty competitive.
GREY KNIGHTS
Coteaz - 100
Grey KnightsX10 - psybolt ammo, 2x psycannon, hammer, halberd (justicar) = 255
Grey KnightsX10 - psybolt ammo, 2x psycannon, rhino = 280
Grey KnightsX10 - psybolt ammo, 2x psycannon, rhino = 280
Henchmen - 5x deathcults, 2x crusaders = 105
Stormraven - psybolt ammo, sponsons = 255
IG ALLIES
Command Squad (5) - 4x plasma gun, chimera = 165
Veterans(10) - 3x plasma, chimera = 170
Veterans(10) - 3x meltagun = 100
Vendetta - 130
Manticore – 160
===
2000 points (63 models, 5 vehicles, 2 fliers)
The two strike squads with a rhino drive to midfield, get out and own it. The veterans are delivered in the vendetta, the henchmen are delivered in the stormraven. The strike squad w/o a rhino can be split up via combat squad. Half comes in by deepstrike (hammer+halberd), while the other half sit back and safely shoot something (psycannons) and are accompanied by Coteaz. Plasma vehicles go where needed. Manticore does its thing.

Stalwart Strike Squad Grey Knight

Hey W.P. this is a list including Coteaz I currently play but it's for 2k battles:
Hq:
Coteaz 100 (prescience + another 1 power)
Ordo Malleus Inquisitor w/ terminator armor + psycannon + daemon hammer + mastery lvl 1 (prescience) + 2x servo skulls 116
Elites:
Vindicare Assassin 145
Troops:
10x Terminator squad w/ 2x psycannons + 6x Halberds + 2x Swords + 2x Daemon Hammers + psybolt ammo 470 (they go with Malleus Inq)
1st Henchmen Unit: 3x plasma cannon servitors + 2x Jokaero + 4x crusaders 190 (they go with Coteaz)
2nd Henchmen Unit: 3x warrior acolytes w/ 2x bolters + 1x plasma gun + Lascannon Razorback (this Razorback has searchlight) 105
3rd Henchmen Unit: 3x warrior acolytes w/ 2x bolters + 1x plasma gun + Lascannon Razorback 104
Fast Atk:
10x Interceptors w/ 2x psycannons + 8x swords + psy ammo 300
Heavy Support:
2x Dreadknights w/ heavy Incinerator + teleporter 470
It doesn't have a lot of AA as in my local meta we use only a few (about 1 maybe 2) and the prescience space monkeys or the prescience termies can deal with them well enough but you can fix that by modifying the list
Hope that helps !!

Oops, forgot to trim my list down to 1850. I'd probably do that by making one of the Rhino SS 5 vice 10, then drop one DCA and one Crusader. Also, swap the 5 man rhino in for a fresh new razorback with psybolt ammo. Brings the list down to 1850 exactly.
