First attempt at a Daemons list. My friends are getting a mono Khorne and Nurgle list, so I figured making a Tzeentch army would be fun.

You have the models for a screamerstar but it doesn't look like you're set up for one. It might be something to look into.
For the daemon prince find the points to give him 2 greater gifts and a lesser gift. Use the lesser gift for the staff of change for the +2 strength.

Your Screamer star needs to be a single big unit. Heralds need to be ML3. Forewarning is the most important power to get. And don't always assume Biomancy to be the best table. Telepathy can often be better against Tau or Eldar; anything with a lack of S10.
Less points on Horrors and flamers; you can create more anyway. Get more FMCs.

Max out the screamers. Horrors are not the power of the list. Make the Screamer unit the deathstar it can be. Max Heralds. Max Screamers. Fateweaver. 3 DPs. Plaguebearers or Horrors to taste for however many troops your remaining points allow. Grimoire the star with all the heralds in it. The DPs can fly on and off the board for control; Fatey can too or stay safe behind terrain. The Portal poops out more scoring in non-KP mission.

put 4 herolds of tzeentch with disks inside a screamer unit, the screamers offer meat shields on a mobile platform that are actually quite deadly in CC and durable otherwise, they have a 2+ rerollable save. each harold shoots 4d6 str 6 shots that dont need to roll to hit.

That is incorrect; you still need to roll to hit. Also, flickering fire isn't always what you want. Psychic Schriek can be devastating.

Will allow you some ability to fight your way out of cc if you somehow get caught.
