It seems the only change is the Servo Arm profile.

Yep, they made Servo-Arm profiles the same across the board and streamlined the BRB FAQ.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

I didn't see any change in the BRB FAQ.

They stream-lined it. Nothing was added or removed.

You have to choose now? Bloody hell, the only reason to take Tech Marines was because they were combat MONSTERS. Welp, guess mine'll be collecting dust for a bit. No, I don't believe in using them defensively to fix vehicles, I throw them at the enemy.

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

I like their Bolster Defences now, they allow you to upgrade ANY non-purchased terrain in your deployment instead of only ruins. (up to a maximum of 3+)

Who? Dark Angels already had that. I'm assuming SM got that. Nobody else can. Yet.

You know, they doing pretty good on their FAQs for awhile. Getting solid updates on a a fairly regular basis...now this is apparently all they feel like doing in 6 months.

Aah, did not know that.
Nobody around here plays DA, so this is the first time I see the change.

A: 36".

Am I completely behind, or did this change as well? I thought that the old entry just said something about it having to remain at Cruising Speed, but nothing about it being stuck at full 36" speed.

That changed in one of the earlier FAQs. v 1.4 it was already black, so it had to have been 1.3 or earlier.

It's even worse for Imperial Guard Techpriest Enginseers.

Before the FAQ, in melee they would have:
* 2 (+1 on charge) Power-axe [S4, AP2, I1] attacks
AND
* 1 Servo-arm [S8, ignore armour save, I1] attack

After the FAQ, in melee they have:
* 2 (+1 on charge) Power-axe [S4, AP2, I1] attacks.
OR
* 1 (+1 on charge) Servo-arm [S6, AP1, I1] attacks.

It's quite a big hit to his offensive capabilities, and now he has no ability to threaten AV13+ vehicles where he did before, and he is significantly weaker against AV10+ vehicles.

The Servo-arm FAQ is in the Marine variant and IG FAQs.

Yeah, that's the pretty standard 'burst of enthusiasm' approach that GW have had for some time now. They promise more up to date and solid FAQ support, they actually follow through with a couple of updates... And then it just drops off as they lose interest and go back to whatever it is they do all day.
