Not in the slightest. Too few models. You will be tabled in two turns by a shooty army.

really with 29 guys that are aimed to be in close combat.... hell i generally run less than this in my normal BA army only difference is i take more expensive guys. and maybe a dreadnaught

Too many AP3, and S8AP2 pie plates out there. I'd assume that you will get tabled with this list.

well its not a tourny list thats for sure. i am one of the two gaurd players and one of the 3 tau players. everyone else plays marines(or chaos), 1 necron player and a daemon player(i want to use somethign like this against him, he's the only one i have problems beating). as for the AP3 they do have FNP and there are a couple invulne saves.

I agree, as soon as you get into the range of anything blast, you'll be dead.
