I've had Bikers on Lizardmen Cold Ones since early 5th ed. and now I'm finally brushing off the dust b/c the new White Scars rules are nasty. What do ya'll think? Also what should I do with a pesky 11 points?

Two wild helldrakes appear!
I'd probably drop some stuff and get some anti-air. Also, lots of grav is going to leave you looking mighty silly when a horde army arrives. 6th is about balanced armies that can deal with all kind of threats.
The command squad is staggeringly expensive for something that will just be target priority one. Khan is no bullet catcher.

Agreed. If you really want the command squad then I'd take another captain with artificer armour to soak up bullets and baleflamer templates. Hoard armies are not such a problem with T/L bolters, hit and run and S5 HoW.

@ rossatdi: Doh! I completely forgot about Helldrakes... And that's my other army. Makes sense, I'll look into dropping down a squad to grab a few Stalkers, they'll help against skimmers too.
@ jamin 484: Should I go with a 2+ Captain or will the storm shields be enough you think? Also what weapons do you think I should field aside from grav-guns? Plasma?

2+ captain with SS is a must, particularly when he's with a command squad for FNP, use him to tank wounds. I like melta guns on bikes too, and I'd seriously consider swapping some of your MM/HB speeders to HF/HF speeders. Scout plus move plus flamer = toasted necrons/tau/tyranid etc. If you don't think you can get the flamer off first turn either outflank or DS them. Should help you deal with hoards.
