Well i have no idea which of these two lists i should build or what will be more competitive so any suggestions would be very helpful! I am looking to play a solid fun army however i am pretty rusty at 40k.......

Right now i think the CSM supported list might be a better move just due to the fact i get more fire power and it lets me deal with the local grey knight players...........

I think list #2 is superior. Pretty much losing the fiends/seekers/and upgrades, right?

..and gaining the Heldrake, some basic scoring T4 troops and a sorcerer who will probably help kill grey knights with Smite or buff some things with Endurance.... and getting fire support.

Yes, I feel that the 2nd is scarier. The first is aggressive, though.
