I've had some luck with this list so far, but I have a league coming up and I'm looking for improvements. I usually run it with the crypteks in the arks.

The key to strategy is not to choose a path to victory, but to choose so that all paths lead to a victory.
War is beautiful because it establishes man’s dominion over the subjugated machinery by means of gas masks, terrifying megaphones, flame throwers, and small tanks. War is beautiful because it initiates the dreamt-of metalization of the human body. War is beautiful because it enriches a flowering meadow with the fiery orchids of machine guns. War is beautiful because it combines the gunfire, the cannonades, the cease-fire, the scents, and the stench of putrefaction into a symphony.

How do you use the small groups of warriors? Are they just there for walking on in your backfield for objective campers?
I would consider swapping the monoliths for A.Barges since you lack AA, and giving the GA to the 15 warrior blocks and giving the 5 warriors Night Scythes to add a bit more firepower, maybe drop 2 destroteks to grab another A.Barge (I think I got the math right with this one)
Hopefully I didn't butcher your list too much but you needed some AA, as much as I love monoliths the rest of your list does not need them as much as they need other things.

Oh the 5 warriors go in the ghost arks with the destrukteks, they add a little bit of firepower when taking out vehicles and some wounds if the ark goes down.
I could see dropping some destrukteks for a barge, I don't want to get rid of the monoliths, as they are surprisingly useful for moving the big blocks around and vaporizing marines, but I guess if one barge turns out to be awesome I could add some more.

My advise is that the flyers and A.Barges are the best vehicles in the necron codex and for the avg game they bring a lot of hurt and there cheap pionts. Leaveing room for pionts else where.

Each ark has 5 warriors and 5 crypteks in it.
I know people like fliers and barges, but I'm trying to do something different thats just as good.

NinjaStars have you considered putting some deathmarks in your list and if not why I am just wondering. It is cause when I run across necron players they love them or hate them or have never used them, so I just wanted to see what you had to say about them.

I have been considering deathmarks with a despairtek actually, but I'm not sure if its worth dropping a warrior block to add them in.

You might want to reread your codex, specifically page 90, the next to last sentence in the paragraph between the unit composition and the Necron Lord's entry. Also page 78 of the BRB, first bolded sentence under the heading 'Transport Capacity'.

You can't have 5 cryptek join a single squad of warriors unless they are all from seperate courts.
As for the flier/barge thing the only reason I would take them is for your desperate need for AA other then that I really like the list

Oh I see, you can put all 5 crypteks in the barge, but not with the warriors. Ok, I guess I'll just leave the over five warriors out to cap objectives.
@gummybear. Thanks for the support. I've been ignoring fliers up to this point and its worked out ok, I find in my local meta fliers aren't that common, so I'm hoping 1 barge will be enough to get me through.

One barge isn't really enough to effectively counter fliers, but at least its something.
