Hello everyone, while debating what Chapter I want to run with my Space Marines me and friend of mine helped me come up with a list that I feel would be quite nasty and most importantly fit the theme of the Black Dragons (which is what I have been struggling with). The following is a list that I feel would not only fit the fluff of a Black Dragons army, but allow me to expand upon it and branch out to run it with different chapter tactics. Please let me know what you think and thanks again guys for your posts!

CHAPTER TACTIC:

-Raven Guard

HQ:

- Captain Kasai'Senshi (*Kayvaan Shrike*)

ELITES:

-x10 Dragon Claws (*Vanguard Vets*) *Shrike Goes Here*
*w/ x2 Stormshields, x5 Melta Bombs

-x10 Dragon Claws (*Vanguard Vets*)
*w/ x4 Melta Bombs

-x10 Dragon Claws (*Vanguard Vets*)
*w/ x4 Melta Bombs

TROOPS:

-x10 Tactical Marines "Combat Squads"
*w/ Combi-Melta, Meltagun, Multi-Melta
-Drop Pod

-x10 Tactical Marines "Combat Squads"
*w/ Combi-Melta, Meltagun, Multi-Melta
-Drop Pod

-x10 Tactical Marines "Combat Squads"
*w/ Combi-Melta, Meltagun, Multi-Melta
-Drop Pod

HEAVY SUPPORT:

-Thunderfire Cannon

-Thunderfire Cannon
-Drop Pod

-Thunderfire Cannon
-Drop Pod

FORTIFICATIONS:

-Aegis Defence Line
*w/ Icarus Lascannon

TOTAL ARMY: 2000 POINTS

Tactics:

-Shrike will attatch himself to one of the Dragon Claw squads (the one with stormshields) and will infiltrate with them and scout while the other two Dragon Claw squads scout forward. The idea is to try and go second and get a first turn assault (also they will be forming Combat Squads unless I roll the killpoint mission). These guys have x4 attacks each on the charge and every squad will have some Melta Bombs to Handle any Armor or Monstrous Creatures I may come across.

-The Tactical Squads will be coming in first turn with the sole purpose of wrecking any armor I may come across and seizing objectives (which all but one maybe will be in their deployment zone). Ideally I would be coordinating with my Thunderfire Cannons and Vanguard vets to deal as much damage as possible turn one.

-x3 Thunderfire Cannons sheltering behind an Aegis Defence Line hopefully in Area Terrain with one of the Techmarines close enough to man the Icarus Lascannon (add in stealth and its pretty awesome). These guys will be a nightmare for any infantry heavy army (which this meta encourages) that I may come across.

Negative I thought it only meant they do not get stealth, they can still scout.
