Hello everyone, today I played in a 1400pt. tournament with my Elysian IG and though I had a rough outing I learned alot and had a blast. However one of my opponents was a Drop Pod marine guy who had some really lucky and nasty rolls that ended up kicking me in the teeth pretty nastily, and since there is another tournament starting up late next month I have decided I want to try to build and paint up an army in time to play in it. However the point value is something that is really messing with me as this will be the smallest point value game I have played in a long time and to be honest am pretty lost in regards on how to go about to do it. Below are a few very rough first drafts of my list and though they are similar there are a few differences so please any thoughts, comments and ideas are very welcome, thanks for the help guys!

Realize first that with the Sallys chapter tactics only Vulkan lets you re-roll misses. Sallys normal Chapter Tactics only Affects Flamers.

Why would you deep strike a lander raider?

Because i can and hey it worked didn't it?

I like Tigurius, however I like putting him in a 9 man/ sternguard as that adds the most ablative wounds.
