need to fill in the last 77 points but I really dont know what to pick between a sniper scout squad or adding wargear to my sgt's or simply adding bodies to the drop pod tacs

Well you could just add another tac squad. But legion of the damned is bad so you could take them out and have other options. They do look really cool on the table though.

So far, so good. Liking the Sternguard/Tig combo.

Perhaps remove a razorback and put another pod in there, for two pods arriving first turn. But apart from that, I like it.

However...

I personally wouldn't pick any of that heavy support at all. Especially Chronus - as I honestly don't think he's worth it.
Consider a couple of Storm Talons in their stead (Strafing Run = BS5, Twin-linked assault cannons, Typhoon Missile Launchers).
Scout snipers to fill up the rest of the points.
