We are pleased to announce that the Brushfire Second Edition Rules are now available to purchase in a digest form. This mini rulebook contains everything you need to play, but lacks the fluff and art that will be contained in the full rulebook to be released early next year.

A big shout out to all of our playtesters who helped make this edition awesome, and to Lego & Yak for hosting our forums right here on Dakka.

Back of book Blurb:
Spoiler:

WITH FIRE AND CLAW, BY FANG AND MUSKET!
Brushfire brings 19th Century Warfare to the tabletop in which animals fill the role of historical parodies. The Badgers of Aquitar, the Reptiles of Scyzantium, and the Dogs of Axony fight in a skirmish wargame. With fast and easy rules, Brushfire plays great with between 10 and 50 models. Special rules for each soldier, heroes that level up, Siege and Fortifications rules, and a deep campaign system provide more content for players looking for a unique tabletop game.

Version 2 brings new units and clarified rules, with the same clear mechanics that are easy to learn, difficult to master.
This Digest Rulebook includes all the rules and statistics you need to play Brushfire:
- Complete Rules and Scenarios
- Squads can be broken up and reformed on the fly
- Your Heroes and Generals level up and gain new abilities
- 3 Resource/Point Types, Upgrades do not reduce your model count
- Take Siege Weapons or Fortifications to support your army
- 8 Complete Factions
- The Empire of Aquitar
- The Axon Protectorate
- The Lizi Dynasty of Chugoku
- The Civitan Trade Alliance
- The Ribenguo Shogunate
- The Sultanate of Scyzantium
- The Vandalands
- The Great Kingdom of Zabar

Head over to Wargame Vault to purchase a PDF or Printed copy for $14.99.

This will hurt my wallet. In addition to fighting my Ribenguo, giant ants have so many uses. They are perfect for Atomic Cafe 1957. I have not been this excited since the giant chicken cavalry.
