What are the most cheesy/OP combinations/units in Cygnar armies? I've been thinking about a full size unit of stormknights, 3 stormcallers and a journeyman, so you can put the enemy in combat with ARM 20 models with 5 damage apiece, all whilst you elecute them.

The eHaley double Stormwall list is the textbook example. Though you're not going to find things like you do in GW games with "one list to rule them all" netlists that do the rounds for 40k and WHFB.
Whilst we're here, check your spelling and grammar. You have a doozy of a malapropism in the final sentence of that OP.

I'm a fan of 2 combos.
1. Kraye's Full Tilt combined with Strangewayes's Evasive on a bruiser.
2. Kara Sloan with 3 hunters. with Reinhardt

I think dealing with Long gunners with a pow 21 range 18 shot is pretty brutal.
I played against Silver line stormguard in scenario frankly I was shut down for a turn.
In mangled metal tooth and claw, bringing as many minutemen as possible is over kill.

Boomhowler & Co with Jonas Murdoch. Put Arcane Shield or eCaine's Heightened Reflexes on them, and one of the best roadblock units in the game goes from "annoying" to "fiendish". They're good to pile onto zones & flags, so you don't lose on scenario while you're shooting things to bits.
Speaking of mercenaries, Taryn di la Rossivi got a boost from errata where her "ignore things I hit for LOS" sight works for non-Merc models. So if something you want to shoot is hiding behind a bigger base, problem solved.
The Black 13th are one of the best units in the game. Apart from dealing a lot of damage on their own, they also have Fire Beacon, which will relieve any problems you have with shooting Stealthed units.
Dual Stormwall in general is just brutal, especially if you can Arcane Shield them both (with a Journeyman Warcaster). For maximum annoyance, use their lightning pods to full effect. As well as just zapping things, they can open up multiple chances for Stormcallers to triangulate, contest zones and generally be dumped in awkward places for your opponent, where they have to use attacks to get rid of them.

And as I look over the top of the turret and see twelve enemy tanks fifty yards away, someone hands me a cheese sandwich." |

I'm failing to see how most of these are "cheese". They're just standard strategies for the game.
"Take Tayrn" for example is not cheese. Esp. given the context of Warmahordes and what models can do in the game.
Cheese is spamming units and taking the best thing in the power curve.
eHaley/double Stormwall, eGaspy Banespam. These things are cheese.

Genuine question, do you own the Cygnar book? As most of these can be seen by simply reading the entries in the book.

Not really. WMH doesn't really have cheese. There are annoying skew lists but nothing really that exploitative. Taking a strong list in a game where the fundamental tenet is "play to win" isn't really cheese.

Cheese is relative.
eHaley double stormwall is cheese by Warmachine standards. But its not unbeatable. You wouldn't consider it cheese by Warhammer standards.

I meant having eCaine and a stormwall in the same army.
EDIT: Besides Rowdy would be better because he/she/it dosen't need a warcaster to babysit them.

I'm not a believer in cheese. But cygnar does have some things that are considered better or worse. In no particular order:
Top warcasters:
Ehaley
Estryker
Ecaine
Seige
Top jacks
Stormwall
Defender
Stormclad
Rowdy
Top units
ATGM
B13
Blazers
Boomhowlers
Forgegaurd
Solos
Jr.
Reinholdt
Storm smith
And the battle engine is solid.
It of course all depends on the caster. And my lists are certainly debatable and I probably missed a couple things. But in general these are generally accepted "power" units.

Two of the most frustrating things that can happen to you in Warmachine is losing control over your turn and losing pieces without trading.
Cygnar happens to excel at both of those (caster + shooting)--which probably drives most of the angst.
