Well, I got word from Puppet's that my Taurus APC's are shipped

You bet I will, with soldiers and other vehicles for comparative size and such. I will also build one to make sure of the ease or complexity of construction.

Just got my shipment from Puppets War, and I have to say I'm pretty impressed. The Rocket Man Helmets I ordered are all free of bubbles/voids/mold tearout and have almost non-existant mold shift lines. The gatling guns are all pretty nice except for the one bubble in the back of the 2nd from the left in the last image. That should be pretty easy to fill with a small blob of greenstuff seeing as there isn't really any detail in that spot. The gun barrels coming pre-drilled is a huge plus to me as I do that on all of my weaponry. Order preparation time was about 3 weeks for me which is longer than I expected. The shipping however, was pretty quick at 7 business days to the USA.

Well, as I promised, a quick show of scale comparison of the Taurus APC and I added turrets to make it Chimera/Razorback stand in and I must say that after clean up, assembly was pretty easy, had to hold some parts right but worth it!

From my WIP Thread; http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/5430/326377.page

Now I did get the Puppet's War APC in, and Brick is a very apt nickname for it!

Few pieces for easy and fast assemble after cleanup, there was some cut and file work needed, but too bad.
[/img]
[/img]

the resin is decent quality
[/img]

turrets so that they will be more Chimera like, I will close he turrets but one could also use as a old school Razorback as the figure is full armored, like a SM. I ordered an assortment of weapons
[/img]
[/img]

Even the tires are chunky!
[/img]

Just assembled this one for show in minutes!
[/img]
[/img]

with GW Commissar, Defiance Games Marine and Dreamforge Stormtrooper for s cale reference
[/img]
[/img]

Now for the Chimera comparison
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]

It is as all resin kits, super glue needed, not plastic cement. some flash and burs to clean off, but well, is a beauty!

Pretty much about the size of Chimeras and Rhinos so I think it is just that they do look much bigger alone than up with the actual soldier minis and other vehicles, then they seem less huge, but altogether Brick is a good nickname as they are weighty little beasts.

The only spots with bubbles was on the undersides of turrets, hulls, some bur cleaning to do, but still very nice quality casts considering how few pieces had such. Any bubble holes or gaps I can handle with grey stuff

I promised such results, and delivered, no problem at all! Just the long wait for the shipment to get here!

It is a massive beast for being around Chimera size, I might be able to add dozer blades as they seem made to accept the spare bits, I just have to find one of my spare dozer blades and see.

Who wants to see something "new?"

It looks like the Destroyer variant of the Ripper may be coming out soon. Other new stuff in this photo include the desert raider heads and Winged Hussar wingpack. Supposedly some other new stuff is in the background.

That biggest size power armor is delightful. I think I might have to get me some of those to replace those awful Space Marine Centurions.

That winged backpack looks pretty cool. I might have to get some of those and find a use for them.

I can't say, at this point I only ever get models based on how they look. These look pretty sweet IMO.

I'm more interested in the little guy on the left - great potential for Tallarn. Are these already out yet?

The not-marines look very nice too, but he whole concept of centurions irritates me.
