Well, the Necron detachment looks quite good. Drop the coils since cc weapons that hurt Wraiths most have init 1 anyway.
Not sure about the White Scars detachment. What happens when I play Necrons with Wraiths and Night Scythes, my opponent tries to take down the Wraiths asap. In your list the enemy would target also the Bikers. But Wraiths seem to be more resilient with their 2 wounds.

Well, I have experience with Wratihwing playing it regularly at tournaments. I'd give the WS detachment a try.

Ok it doesn't matter too much it was a test list because its usually uncommon to ally them together where as you can go cheese mode with csm using heldrake etc.

There is very little point to Khan as the HQ for your White Scar allies. He has to be your warlord for your White Scars to benefit from his rules.

They are desperate allies. So you better keep them at least 6 inches apart. Moreover, WS cannot claim objectives and so can only be some kind a harrassing force.
