Its not 3foot tall, but 3foot long... totally unsuitable for the gaming table in my books.

36" with the tail straight. Folded around as it is in the picture would make it much shorter, and at 9" tall it's not to big for a titan class model. Built with the tail curved, or shortened and more tyranid like, I think it would be a fine stand-in for a dominatrix or bio-titan.
Forgeworld Bio-Titan is 10" for comparison.

Most of that 36" is tail that could easily be shortened. Straighten and build up the legs and add another pair and it would certainly be large enough for the FW bio-titan. Beef up the body and it could easily be a Dominatrix. Probably the best starting point for a Dom that I have seen.
