Been a while since I've posted an army list here but I tagged along to the FLGS recently and was inspired to start playing again. So many new codices! I didn't even notice when they put out a supplement for MY ARMY. Wow. So, here's my first crack. Not meant to be super-competitive, but it's got a little bite I hope. The detachment is intended to let Huron grant infiltrate to Abaddon & his Terminator buddies, so they can sneak up in their StealthRaider or outflank.

Seems like a waste to not have a special weapon spammy chosen unit in the black legion detachment. If you roll a 3 on infiltrate you could infiltrate that as well for more plasma spam alpha strike.
Forgive my last post, they can if it's their dedicated transport. Btw me and my friend went to a tourney at warhammer world a few months ago with a doubles list which had Huron for infiltrators, pretty sweet ability I love him. I also love the fact that your whole army is mobile, so when abbaddon sneaks up the table he's not on his own. Maybe only thing I would suggest is to have a cheap troops choice for your backfield objective rather than waste a full marine squad, probs cultists.

I decided not to use Chosen because organized like this I can't count them as Troops. Abaddon's army entry only makes them troops if he is leading the Primary Detachment, which I don't want to do in this case because I want StealthAbby. >
I'm not sure what else I would infiltrate, though. I might Outflank one or both Obliterators if I roll high enough and depending on enemy deployment, but outflanking a rhino seems like a good idea too. And crap! You just reminded me that I don't have a nest for Huron. Hmm. I might have to bump one of those squads down to 9 and spend the points somewhere else.
