We need more specifics. Are we dealing with a mangled metal (ie only jacks and beasts?) format, or steamroller? Do you want infantry or jacks?

Caine, epic Caine, Kara sloan and siege pop to mind for casters.

Hunters and defenders pop to mind for jacks.

You can't go wrong with gun mages or the black thirteenth at that scale for infantry. Although I still have a soft spot for long gunners.

Just building a army that equals 15 points and I want to focus on using fire power...I have no other specifics..and thanks for the advice so far.

All you need in 15 point games is a version of Caine. His feat´s are mean stuff in small games.

Long Gunner Infantry (Leader and 5 Grunts)
Precursor Knights (Leader and 5 Grunts)

That should be able to deal with anything your opponent puts on the table at 15 points.

I kinda feel like Forge Guard do everything that Precusor Knights do but better. As frontline units they both absorb charges equally well. You're looking at a comparable armor stat, equal MAT, and MUCH better weapons on the Forge Guard. Though I guess if you have a lot of issues getting around magic buffs in your meta the Precursor Knights could definitely be an attractive option.

Neat but this list would get run over by alot of casters. pFeora would light your entire army on fire and you would lose 70% of your army on a single turn. Durgen madhammer would crush all of those longgunners while sitting safe behind a wall of forge guard. terminus and/or asphyxious...nuff said.

71 pts khador - 6 war casters
41 pts merc highborn - 3 warcasters

I really think if you are looking for maximum firepower at 15 points, spending 3 points and your caster to get eCaine, Squire and Reinholdt can't be beat. The rest can be B13, ATGM, Hunters, whatever you want, but that 3 point caster 'unit' right there can trash almost anything.

I wish I had time for all the game systems I own, let alone want to own...

^^^ x100. Caine can kill 15pts of stuff in one turn. Give him a reliable meat shield, walk up, kill everything and laugh as your opponent counts his broken toys. I want to say Jr, Cyclone and Defender.
