Was wondering how much this list needs tweaking before I change anything. I want to move down to 2K rather than 2500. Any suggestions? I really want to trim this down some. I can get more models.

Its not competitive, Iam afraid. Foot slogging orks will die to fast.

As far as I can see you don't use 2x force organisation chart? Then you still need to go full battlewagons and loota's.

Keep loota's in reserve if you expect a lot of incoming fire and let them snap shot at the flyers behind the defence line when the come in.

Mek and warboss join the nobs and all battle wagons drive forward!

So if you were going to cut this down to 2k, I also have some burnas and grots to man an ADL...would you suggest I add them in or change them to lootas?

Burna's die like normal boyz and if succesfull the will overkill an enemy unit and die after.

With this armylist you dont need a ADL because your battlewagons can snapshot 4x4 rokkits towards those flyers apart from the loota's. Deffkopta's can outflank and shoot those flyers in the butt if the want.

Against riptides you can also join a shootaboyz squad with the mek and warboss. 3 powerclaws and cheap boyz to take the punches and overwatch can really benefit the outcome.

Nevermind....restarting a new topic...changing my tactics on this...
