If I use him to replace an Imperial Guard HQ than take that as an ally with my CSM or vice versa? Anything saying otherwise?

The 'Come the Apocalypse' alliance level says such an alliance cannot occur, and I see nothing that would change that with the Codex: Inquistion book, so I'd say no.

On a side note, you don't replace a HQ (you add a special additional detachment) so you still need a valid Imperial Guard HQ.

The only reference is that the Inquisitorial detatchment as their own respective level of ally (references an army of IG, Tau and Inquisitors where Inq treat IG as Battle Brothers and Tau as Desperate)

Nothing seems to forbid allying with IG who have CSM allies, but the rulebook doesnt cover how allies react to come the apocalypse allies since it has previously not happened.

1)He does not replace the IQ HQ, you will still need one of those. If you take a Primary Detachment of Imperial Guard, an Allied Detachment of Chaos Space Marines, and an Inquisitional Detachment. You will need 1 HQ each, 2 IG troops and 1 CSM troops.

2) You can't do that.
The IG and CSM will treat each other as allies of convenience and the Inq and IG units will treat each other as batte brothers and the Inq and CSM units will treat each other as Come the Apocalypse. You can't have any CTA relationships in your army.

yeah, actually, if you had read codex I, it does clearly state what happens when you have 3 allies, with different relations ships, so there is a blatent and obvious forbiding of such an alliance.

you have to be ok for all 3 relationships,

NO come the apocolypse relationships are allowed between any of the 3 you use.

so no go on =I= + IG + any come the apoc ally

A rogue inquisitor thinks he can use Chaos against itself.

A inquisitor believes himself to pure for Chaos and Slaneesh corrupts his pride.

The Eldar mind feth an Inquisitor to make him believe the Chaos Marines are loyalists, the Chaos Marines get mind fethed as well and believe the Inquisitor to be their warlord

The Inquisitor simply falls to Chaos

But this is GW and they don't give a feth about Chaos, mark my words the amount of supplements that Imperium
will get will triple the amount chaos get hell I doubt we even get another supplement GW is too busy making Codex:Ultramarines 5th Tactical Squad of the 8th Company.
